I have severe allergies to gluten, dairy and soy so most chocolate bars are no good for me, but these are! I was so happy to find them, once again, on my way back from work -not requiring a special trip to a healthfood place or having to order online. I could have screamed, I was so excited! There really is care and attention to the products on sale there that shows that they have passion for what they do. I realise these speciality foods won't resonate as strongly with the non-allergic or people who are not that into health foods per se, but even so and even before I had allergies, it's still a great healthy alternative to the usual baguettes, croissants and cookies temptations found in stations and the team are really lovely.
