So once the bright morning light is really getting intense you can stroll out of Ms. Mae's and head right into Undergrowth Coffee where they also have food but I've never gotten the food but I do get the coffee and they do have some good coffee here. So after a long nights work and some fun at Ms. Mae's it is a great thing to have a nice hot cup of coffee to chase down the Ms. Mae's breakfast beers to energize you for the walk home.

It was also decaf and didn't even taste like it. The second drink I got, just last week, was a decaf pistachio and it was honestly horrendous. Worst cafe coffee I've bought in many a moon--and it was over 7 dollars for a small! It was burnt... noticeably so. Maybe no one buys enough decaf to warrant a fresh pot more than once a day, but please, for the love of God, don't serve it if the carbon has reached these levels. I couldn't even drink it. I took two sips and chucked it. Hopefully they'll eventually convince me, because it's such a cute spot and so close to home, but as of now I'm still luke warm about it.
