I've visited this location twice now and both times I was greeted by the staff members which helped me with my orders. I've tried their 'Shroom Burger, great for vegetarians! A crispy portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster and cheddar cheeses, topped with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun! I asked for extra pickles :) I've also tried their cookies and creme shake! It contains chocolate cookie crumbles hand spun with their house-made vanilla frozen custard! Parking available outside and metered. Bathrooms and plenty of tables available outside or inside.

What I Ordered: -Smoke Shack $9.99 I haven't had Shake Shack in a minute now. I was craving a burger and you can't go wrong with a burger from Shake Shack. I do feel like the consistency can differ per location, but the one I had today was excellent. You can taste the high quality flavor of the meat with a smokey flavor. The peppers provided a nice tangy/spicy flavor to the burger. I really enjoyed it! I got two and ended up eating the second one for breakfast the next day and the peppers tasted even spicer this time around. I would definitely come back to this location again.

Big body Benz does not like her job. Was literally standing awkwardly waiting to order - she didn't even look up to acknowledge or greet me. Her face and energy was giving MISERABLE. Went to the self service kiosk and ordered my food for dine-in, took a number to my table (per the instructions), and they didn't take my food to my table nor call it out. My food was just sitting on the counter. The great thing about America is that we have free will to be at a job that we are happy at. Not a good look especially if you're in customer service. Enjoy Shake Shack at a different location. This location is dirty and the vibe is so off.

Black Truffle Burger - It's good but kinda heavy

I remember when Shake Shack first opened in Los Angeles and the lines were so long that they went all the way down the street. Fast forward to now, almost 9 years later and the stores are kinda empty. I like that they have Kiosks to order from in the store, but was puzzled when the staff asks me as I am ordering from the Kiosk if I need assistance. I feel like because the store was so empty, that the staff felt the need to "do something" but their over bearing nature made me feel a little awkward. I came in to try this new black truffle burger. The burger is good. It's kind of heavy and I really like the quality of meat they use here. However, the burger came out to about $17 for just the burger. No fries, no drinks, nothing else, just a double burger. That's quite a lot for a fast food burger. Shake shack is in a interesting position because it's branded as fast food... right? But it has gourmet burger prices. I would give this place 4 stars if it wasn't for the final nail in the coffin. I was asked to tip at the kiosk a whopping 20% for ordering at a kiosk a to-go order. I am not asked to tip at any other fast food establishment... the tipping to me, is really getting out of hand. one star removed for the price of the burger. one star removed for needing to tip at a kiosk at a fast food restaurant.

Shake Shack hits the spot every time. The burgers are consistently great, the staff is friendly, and the whole place just has a chill, no-fuss vibe that keeps me coming back. I went with the ShackBurger and cheese fries--classic move, and honestly tough to beat. The burger was spot-on: juicy patty, melty cheddar, crisp lettuce, and surprisingly fresh tomato (which actually makes a difference). The crinkle-cut fries were loaded with that rich, cheesy sauce--definitely indulgent, definitely worth it. Even though it was busy, the service was quick and the staff was polite. The dining area was clean and well-lit, which is always appreciated. Definitely planning to come back. if you're going during peak hours, try to show up a little early to dodge the rush.

talk about LOVE! so happy i found out that there is a Shake Shack close to my job! cause guess where i am currently having lunch??! SHAKE SHACK! i got a cheeseburger with shack sauce (a must) & they currently have a limited time of parmesan garlic fries with a really good parmesan aioli dip! (i am a sucker for aioli dip!!!!) this is probably the biggest shake shack i have been to! lots of tables, chairs, booths & outside patio seating as well. cashier was sweet & i like how she asked how i spell my name lol.

The lunch crowd. Houston we have a problem.

it was ok but overpriced. Parking was good. The place was very empty at lunch. I won't be back.

Crinkle cut fries, cheeseburger, and chicken nuggets

We ordered the food via the Shake Shack apps before coming and when we arrived, the food was already prepped for us, ready for pick up. We received text messages when the food was being prepped and when it was ready for pick up. The place was quite busy during dinner time on Saturday night, but we were able to find a table. Water and ketchup are self served. You need a bathroom code. We walked to this location so I'm not sure how the parking situation is there, it looks like street parking or one of those public parking around the area. We ordered the cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, and the crinkle fries with shack sauce on the side. The cheeseburger was good it's satisfying and all the flavors work well together, the patty was cooked nicely as well. The crinkle fries were crispy with a hint of salt. I had to take off a star here because of the chicken nuggets and the shack sauce. The chicken nuggets were very very very salty for some reason. The texture of the skin is crispy but it crumbles the moment you pick it up, so all the crispy crumbs falls off before it makes it to your mouth, and you end up with a naked chicken nugget which is overly salted. I am also not a huge fan of the shack sauce for dipping sauce, it's very heavy and thick but lacking in flavor. I prefer the ketchup over the shack sauce for dipping. It's weird because I think there's some shack sauce in the cheeseburger and its fine there. Maybe just my preferences. Overall our party had a great time here and we enjoyed our food. The place is spacious and kept clean.

The newly engaged couple (my DAUGHTER!!!) which prompted today's visit to Shake Shack
    Scott W.

I found myself forty plus miles west of Diamond Bar, precariously perched atop the picturesque Point at the Bluffs in Pacific Palisades while stiff winds snapped at us like wet towels in every seventh grade boy's nightmare locker room. My only daughter, a brilliant UCLA alum, got engaged to her longtime boyfriend atop those very bluffs, with eagles gliding effortlessly above. While the happy fiances departed down Mt. Holyoke Ave to toast their future nuptials at Mastro's Steakouse in Beverly Hills, I stood there Rubiksing how best to feed my quartet of family and guests on LA's famously pricey Westside without making my wallet explode. My solution exhorted the four of us to make our maiden voyage aboard the East Coast's version of In & Out- Shake Shack. Pro Tip- Like Five Guys, SS will do their best to charge you separately for your burger, fries, drink + shake. Meaning the vast majority of folks must choose between their fries or a signature shake, both of which start @ $6. Spend the extra two quarters to add cheese to your fries and, alas, two ppl can SHARE one side. Burgers- 4 stars. Terrific taste, especially if you ask for well done, which delivers unctuous segments of well griddled ground chuck goodness. They lose points for the sloppy, unkempt presentation, which reminds me of 5 Guys. Shake Shacks charges Ritz Carlton prices, delivers Motel 6 style on their burgers. Fries- 4 stars. Huge fan of the under-utilized crinkle-cut style that SS employs! Excellent taste, just a bit pricey. Shakes- 5 stars. Our table tried three of their six flavors. Love that you can customize by adding malt powder or whipped cream! Prices- 3 stars. SS levies Ritz Carlton, Rodeo Drive prices, but sells Hilton or Main Street goods. My bill for three burgers, two fries, three shakes and one diet coke (the fountain drink alone was an ASININE $4.49!!) was $70.35. At least offer the hard working SMC and UCLA students in the area combo meals for, say, $13 instead of the $20+ you presently gouge, er, charge by charging a la carte for everything. Our restroom was challenging- You hafta enter a passcode, yet we still encountered damp, freshly mopped floors (but zero safety cones alerting guests to the wet floors). The one toilet was rendered "dead man walking" by an (inconsiderate) guest. Finally, if you browse the corporate website, SS extols their humble origins as a hot dog stand imbued with a mission- Stand for Something Good, is how they describe it. This well-traveled Yelp Elite Correspondent humbly suggests that Shake Shack would do very well by remembering its simple roots and by implementing more budget-friendly options such as combo meals or discontinuing their heavy reliance upon strict a la carte pricing. After all, Shake Shack can "stand for something good," but if they continue ignoring their core audience, they'll risk "falling..."

I've been wanting to check this place out for awhile as they blown up on social media and today just felt like a burger and fries day and I have to say this is a place that lives up to the hype and more. I ordered the grilled smash and it was amazing. Perfectly balanced and delicious and the perfect size for me, not too big or small, not too greasy, packed a ton of flavor across the meat, cheese and perfectly balanced with their house sauce and pickle. Ate that one up too. I also appreciated their level of service in how they packaged up my order so nicely and with a great level of care, and hooked me up with a ton of fries too - they were overflowing when I opened the bag and still nice and hot when I took them home!
