Had a family member picked the cake the next day. When we opened the box few hours after dinner. Cake order was the wrong cake and wrong size. We ordered a 8inch and got 6inch. I called the store spoken to female staff in bakery dept. I told her the issue and she advise me that the other customer also called to say that they got the wrong cake. You would think that T&T would called me to tell me that I got the wrong cake, but you that NEVER happen. She also had the audacity to asked why I didn't look at the cake. Didn't know that I had too. So, after talking to her for 5 minutes and she said that they had to call back to ask for permission to the return. After all that I did get a call same today saying that they would refund the money back. But with NO apology.

Prices are decent and there's odd flavours for munchies like honey butter bugles, pizza crackers, prawn chips...odd but also can't get enough of after eating. They also have a little selection of baked goods and variety on things like matcha teas or corn tea. It's given me a lot of ideas for making ramens and hot pots with their heat & eat add-ons in the freezer section. Some fruit produce can also be bought in boxed bulk like apples or jeju oranges... honestly not a bad price for the size & quality of what you're getting. The pastry being gluten free is fairly heavy, great flavor and nice and flaky. One will definitely fill you up. I do recommend adding a nice sweet preserve to it, rather than a savory. The staff were really friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in. They were also pretty passionate about their items. They have a pretty extensive selection of drinks and pretty looking desserts to choose from which you can find on their website. Some of their drinks were a bit pricey starting at $7. I also found the cakes and tarts to be pretty expensive, most of them were between $11-12 whereas similar places would charge around $5-8. I believe their desserts are all gluten free for those who cannot consume gluten. I ordered the raspberry pistachio tart and rose latte. The tart was nice, it wasn't overly sweet however, the pistachio flavour was kind of lacking. The latte was really pretty but the taste was just okay. The flavour wasn't for me. My friend got the nutella latte and salmon and egg sandwich which she quite enjoyed. She also ordered a dessert which she found to be very rich and didn't really care for. It was nice to try something different however, with having to pay for parking on top of the prices of the items, I don't see myself returning.
