I enjoy these people the most out of all the ones I have visited. My kids in town for Christmas so obviously I have to figure out what's wrong with their vehicles and fix all the problems. First stop Autozone, use their card reader to tell me what trouble codes have been thrown. First, set of coils for Volkswagen and change the oil. For Impala change the oil and new oil fitter plug because wherever this one has been going to to get the oil changed, they have stripped out the head. It took an act of Congress for me to get this sucker off just to change the oil. Just goes to show you if you want a job done right you you have to do it yourself.

But that doesn't bother me too much as the other auto part stores are basically the same. I appreciate O'Reilly's customer service with finding parts and their parts seem to be a little better than others. But that's just my personal opinion.
