After every visit she txts a report and it is very thorough -- it's the next best thing after being able to check in on your babies yourself. One of my babies got super sick recently and for a while we thought that we would have to make the difficult decision to let him go. Estelle was so incredibly compassionate throughout the whole ordeal-- coming to see him at the hospital and staying by our side-- I credit her completely for getting us through that difficult time.
