Upon picking him up, it was discovered that the hair in his head was indeed cut. After contacting Eddie to inform him of the matter, he then conveyed to me that José, the technician, stated that he "felt disrespected" and that services to our dog would be discontinued. Eddie went on to say that because of the dog's disposition- there are no other techs who desired to "put up with him" and "José was the only tech who would groom him." The irony is: If in fact the dog were so unmanageable, amazingly, Eddie would call my friend to see when would she be bringing him in. If the dog were that bad, his services should have been refused 2 years ago. The final analysis- Eddie told me that he would refund me the money from the last service and that due to the dog's disgruntled disposition- there was a TLC fee, which we have never seen, prior to that day. As a patron, it was NEVER about the money. It was about José failing to follow instructions and when the issue was addressed, the company assumed a stance of victimization, which resulted in poor customer service. Accountability goes a long way a business, and sadly, they chose not to be held accountable.

For credit cards they do add a fee for the processing which is fair so we Zelle every time to avoid the fee. Prices are competitive and it's actually lower than you would think. Parking is always available.

I liked that all the dogs where treated the same. I see some reviews where ppl want there dog to be treated a little more special, no treat them equal and let them be dogs I say. I found this disappointing, especially for a mobile grooming service. One of the main reasons many pet owners choose mobile grooming is to avoid dropping their pets off at a facility where they can't see or check on them. As the owner of a blind dog, being able to periodically ensure she's comfortable is particularly important to me. Unfortunately, this policy doesn't align with what I was looking for, so I decided to take my business elsewhere.

However the haircut doesn't look like a professional groom to me. The coat clearly wasn't prepared correctly to get an even clean cut. After noticing a big chunk of hair behind my dogs neck I tried running a comb through to see if there were others I needed to clean up. There were multiple but across most of his legs I couldn't even get the comb through. You can't get a professional cut if the coat isn't prepared correctly and this coat clearly wasn't. His ears and jaw line are sloppy. Transitions areas aren't blended with thinning sheers or if they were they done poorly. Entire body is uneven. Part of his legs look like they weren't even blown out or attempted to be prepared. Really looks like a groom a dog owner did not a professional groomer. Let me end by saying I have a Sheepadoodle. One of the more difficult coats to prepare and groom. One where the imperfections are noticeable. If you have a dog w an easy coat to groom this service might be fine. However my dogs groom looks like it was done by someone who has never done this before.

When Chloe first came out of grooming I was a little shocked, as the front end of her head was trimmed up, but she had her ponytail a little farther back, with 2 bows around her ears. I wasn't quite sure how to feel about the cut up until we reverted back to her regular ponytail. All in all, I wish the ear bows would have lasted longer, and Doris did an exceptional job at grooming up my yorkie. I would definitely recommend this place! I have been taking my dog, a very sweet & calm cocker spaniel, to your facility for over 4 years…read morenow. I recently left him there for 5 nights while I was out of town, August 13 - 18, 2025. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.

My dog loves Molly's. The people there know every single dog and when we show up, they always say…read more"hi Daisy!" (They speak to her not me!) She loves it. When she sees her leash and we head to the car she starts jumping up and down over a foot off the ground she's so excited! She loves day care and has a best friend there. She is so well taken care of and we've started adding agility training a couple days a week. She's very skittish still around people from her life pre rescue, but she adores everyone at Molly's! She goes every day and if we don't take her, she is not happy with us! We really love it. It's been so good for her confidence and exposure to more people. This time, they reported a total of $120... UGH WHAT! I asked if the prices were yet again increased, and they told me the groomer tacked on a fee for "difficulty". Everyone my dog encounters is like "omg he's so calm", "he's so lazy", "I wish my dog behaved like Archie". This report of his behavior was totally surprising. Also, they never called me to tell me he was ready- I had to call after 7 hours to find he had just been sitting there ready. Hair cuts have been hit or miss. Go somewhere else- you don't know what you're going to get in quality or financially each time!

One of my favorite parts of the Green Bone service is the connection to Furesh grooming and EaDo Vet clinic. Their partnership really brings all our pet-care needs together with record-sharing, etc. The Green Bone is a really "no frills" spot- there's no paying extra for snuggles or a daily photo... honestly, though, I've tried those other places, and my bb does not have nearly as much fun. Green Bone does occasionally have special events and holiday photo ops (like this Grinch photo), but the most time is spent letting doggos be doggos!
