BUT when I left the sweater for the manager to look over it was hung on a hanger, no creases. When I got it back it was crammed into a small plastic bag and the bag was hanging from the hanger. It's all full of impossible creases that won't hang out. So now I have to pay to have it dry cleaned, of course they offered to do it (and charge full amount). Are you kidding me! You crumbled it up into a ball and want me to pay you to dry cleaned it. That treatment (by a manager no less) tells me to stay far far away. They obviously don't care about quality garments!

They have brought items like a suede jacket back to life again. I have never felt like their services are too expensive for what is being done or it has taken too long. I think I've reached the point where the cost of drying cleaning has exceed what I paid for some of my clothes. That's my biggest complaint. The 2nd complaint about this location (I used to go to the one on Campbell) is that they have signage for other services like furniture and carpet cleaning but when I asked about how those services worked, the clerk told me that she didn't know. How does your staff not know about their own products and services? Thankfully I only need dry cleaning done once a year for my winter clothes..."winter clothes". I think next year I'll just hand wash stuff or use my hotel points and get laundry services there. Gotta get creative in this economy.
