I managed to get some gasoline on my slacks when accidentally overfilling my gas tank. I did what made sense and asked Siri how you get the gasoline off of clothing. Siri said dry cleaning solution was what you use. Having none and smelling up my car, I rushed home to change my slacks (not liking other possible alternatives) and rushed to get there by closing time (6pm). I asked if they could get out the gasoline and wasn't a problem. They took my contact info and I got an email when they were ready the next day and looked great with no Smell of gasoline. It cost $7 .95 which was worth it for me. I was happy to get it done and well. The young man that waited on me was pleasant and helpful. The next day I received a thank you card for using them. Some years ago I had working clothes needing dry cleaning. Though it costs a bit, they do have sales and knowing I can get something done well and over night while being appreciated will make me use them when needed (hopefully not for gasoline stains!). read more

This dry cleaners has destroyed expensive clothing by laundering it instead of dry cleaning. They apologize but don't solve the problem. Do not use Sparkle! They have multiple locations. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Brought in a suit around 11/21, which was worn once before (perfect condition and was checked before drop off) Both the jacket and pants were damaged. They advised this was due to moths.... I requested to see the results, and was assured by Zach I would receive a call back from management. All my suits are zipped up in garment bags, and my 5 other suits show no damage from "moths." (Which are all stored in the same closet) Have not received a call back, instead received an email to pick up my overdue order. This situation was not taken seriously AT ALL, and will be filed with the BBB. My family will be moving our business to Shaffer's. read more

I got married on 4/11/19 and took my wedding dress & veil in to get cleaned & steamed on 4/23. My dress wasn't super dirty (mostly on the bottom--we got married in Maui so there was some sand and dirt). I'm not sure what exactly factors in to the cost (level of soil, material of the gown, or if it's a set price), but I was quoted about $235 and thought it was reasonable. They also offered dress preservation (not sure on the cost), but I wasn't interested in doing that. I was even offered valet service (hand delivery of the dress & veil to my home) for no charge. I got a call on 4/26 that my dress was ready and to schedule a delivery time. I couldn't believe how quickly they got it done! I learned on the phone that they actually hadn't started delivery service to my area (Sahuarita) but they would honor delivery anyway--thank you Kevin! My dress arrived on 4/29 and after inspecting the dress, I am very pleased with how it turned out! No more stains, everything looks mint! I am extremely pleased with the quick turnaround time, price, and great customer service. I don't normally need dry cleaning services, but if I do, I will 100% return to Sparkle Cleaners. read more

This is one unethical business! A week ago my husband brought in some cleaning. We were wrongly charged and my husband went in to speak with someone. He was told the district manager would need to call him. We waited a day or so before reaching out to corporate. I wrote a Google review in the meantime. I spoke with Heath (the CEO) at corporate and was told that he would refund the $55.95 that we were overcharged. Today I saw that this did not occur. My husband called and spoke with Holden Ersted, the business development mgr. Holden also had previously returned a message to me on Facebook stating that Heath would be refunding the money. Today, my husband was told that if he agreed to have the Google and Facebook review removed, then he would refund us the money due. Heck no! I then called Holden. Holden proceeded to say the same to me and added in that I am a liar. While I may be many things Holden, a liar is not one of them. He also shared that he could careless about the BBB report that I filed because they are simply a third party that he doesn't bother with. People - please be careful when providing your credit card to this business. They appear to provide a wonderful service with a cute yellow laundry bag and they are in actuality, horrid and care very little for their customers! read more

Don't waste your time, especially your money, as this is a subpar dry-cleaner, which deserves a low star rating. Walking into this location I had a hunch right away that this is not a place that deals with higher end clothing. It seems like a "budget" dry-cleaner at best and I should have gone with my instinct and walked out. Really disappointing in the quality of service as I had three pairs of pants dry-cleaned here and it seemed like they did nothing at all to them. I'll definitely take some blame in this situation, as I should have inspected the clothing right after I picked it up but instead I put it away. At least that way I could have gone back and asked for a refund. The clothing wasn't cleaned properly, maybe not even at all. Small stains that could have been easily removed were still there on all the items I brought in. They weren't even pressed properly and it seemed like a very rushed job. For 100% I would not go back or recommend this dry-cleaner. read more

WAY overpriced -- SIX dollars for a shirt. Then they deluge you with marketing emails but there's always some technicality that prevents them from honoring their "coupons." My husband brought his suit in to be cleaned. It cost $18. They were friendly, reliable, timely and did a great job cleaning the suit.

Had a used wedding dress cleaned. Was worried because a lot of places had average or bad reviews. This one didn't have any reviews so I took a chance. It was convienent because it was next door to where I worked. They quoted me $125-150 in 3 days for cleaning wedding dresses. Please don't confuse this with preserving a wedding dress. That's totally different. They did a great job. It cost me $135 (this was with tax included) and I have to say I was skeptical because my dress I purchased was really dirty on the bottom and it was heavily beaded. I recommend this place if you're looking for wedding dress cleaners! So thank goodness it turned out clean and just fine. They said they would contact me when it was done. they didn't so I just recommend calling them to see when your stuff is finished. read more

I have two Siamese cats, and somehow they got ahold of my black wool jacket and used it for a nest. After a couple failed attempts to clean it with a lent roller, I dropped it off at this Sparkles. The jacket I got back looked brand new. Well worth the cost! read more
