I have been here twice now. The staff were nice. The inside was immaculate. The machines all look new and were working properly. The trash cans were emptied. This place is very well maintained. There weren't any meth heads or tweakers here or nearby. The area felt safe. The prices seem reasonable for using the machines. For payment options, you can drop quarters into the machine or use an RFID card that you can purchase and reload at the wall machine. The RFID card and change machines are in front by the attendant window. There is a laundry soap/softener vending machine that looks like it takes the same RFID card you load up from the machine. Again, I hated the idea of coming to a laundromat, but these were surprisingly good experiences. If you are in a pinch and need to do some laundry outside of home, I highly recommend this place.

The new owner put in all new washers and dryers which appear to be first class machines. In any case, I needed a very large comforter washed and dried and I did not want to do it myself. I checked out a number of locations on Yelp before choosing Coyote because of their location and the mention of new machines in a recent review. Before I actually took the item in, I went to check the place out and get a price, which was very fair. I was asked whether I wanted scented or non-scented detergent and softener which I appreciated. I was told to come back in three hours which I did. The item was ready and folded neatly in a heavy bag. I was very pleased with the service and the accommodating employee.

Adequate. Clean. Convenient. My first visit here made me think, "This is the world's most…read moredepressing laundromat." At first glance, it is. But on my second (and third) visit, I'm grateful that it's here. It is inexpensive according to other patrons. My first visit made me think that every other machine was out of order. On my second visit, 29.7% of the machines (14/47) were out of order and clearly marked with white duct tape. Put your coins in slowly and note that the "start" button might be a setting choice and not the actual word "Start". Even if you're not doing your laundry here, if you're in the area, it's worth a peek inside. You can decide whether it is the most depressing place or check out the analog clocks on the wall representing various states. Quite a few are set at 4:20.

I get there today & the place was a total dump. I go to load the two pet machines they had only to find out that one was out of order. Then I place a load into the other machine, add my detergent & bleach. I go to add my quarters & get $2.25 of the $2.75 into the machine & it wouldn't take more quarters, wouldn't give me my quarters back & wouldn't start. There was no one in the office but the sign said to text a number which is what I did. No one responded to me for quite awhile so we left & went to another place because their signs were very clear that you could not do pet laundry in any of their other machines. When someone finally did respond to me they told me that they would be there around 5:00 so I could come by then. When I told them that I don't have a vehicle & am reliant on other people for rides & the only time I could get there was 3:45 they said ok then as I'm on my way there they told me I was going to have to wait for them to get there at 4:15. It's not very professional to not accommodate paying customers. I never did get my money back because they were not accommodating to my availability. Not to mention from the time I first messaged them it took them 2 hours to even say that I could come by on their time & get my money back. Also while there I tried to use the restroom & they had a coin lock on the door meaning you have to pay to use the restroom. ***I posted a review on google as well & the business responded say they came down immediately but I had already left. That is not true. In fact it took them 1 hour 21 mins to even respond to me to ask if I was still there before they came down. See attached photos.
