Washers are very spacious and they sell everything you need in store in case you forgot your soap at home! Also the staff is very friendly.

We took a queen sized comforter in to be washed and dried this morning. Very nice man at the counter said he'd get it done today. So happy to hear that!! I spent $60 on washing clothes, and every single item came out covered in hair. Dog or cat hair. I asked for a partial refund since I'm gonna have to go wash it somewhere else and they said they can't refund my money. I would have been fine if they had some good faith and at least gave me some money back since I'm going to have to rewash everything. These are the same machines they use to wash clothes through the paid service also. Just disappointed I wasted my time and money. read more

There is a new trend of people fed up with having to go to a laundromat and they go on Amazon.com to buy a portable washing machine with the spinner. Even tho labor intensive, those little machines are workhorses that will wash sheets, pillowcases, tee shirts, underwear and towels. And only a couple of TEASPOONS of detergent per load! People are thrilled with the apartment size, portable washing machines. Many brands to choose from and very reasonable prices, most are FREE SHIPPING. I bought myself a Panda XPB45 it washes beautifully and the spinner leaves my laundry almost dry in 1.5 min. Then I hang on a wooden rack & hangers. Things are dry in an hour or so. read more

Uncooperative: I used them 3 times this summer and asked each time when I could pick up my clothes and got a lecture each time about how their prices are better than anyone else but could not give me a regular schedule of pick ups ane drop offs when I asked the counter folks had attitude like I was bothering them with details. I thought i was the customer obviously I was wrong I should drop off my clothes pay for them and then shut up wait until they are ready for pick up. I just moved to Tucson and don't have a washer/dryer yet, so I had to find a local laundromat. I'm so glad that I found Rincon! The place was almost empty so it was easy to find open machines. You have to purchase a card to use for the machines, which I found much easier than a coin-operated laundromat. The owner, Brian, was very nice and helpful. The best part for me, though, was his friendly dog, Rocco. Rocco looks a little intimidating but he's a big mush. I was kind of dreading having to go to a laundromat, but this was a really good experience! read more

Children running around without masks. I asked the attendant about this, she told me I could leave. I pushed back asking why only adults need masks she called me a jerk and told me to leave. I called the owner and he lied to me telling me CDC reccomendations are that its ok for children under 5 not to wear masks. I checked, this is an outright LIE and a business owner knows better. Will never come back. 5 dollar card required to use their machines and even to purchase a card is cash only, so if you are looking for coin up laundry, go elsewhere. This place is just ok. Lots of washers including large and extra large ones. I didn't, however, like having to purchase an expensive ($5) card that needed to be purchased before being able to use the machines. Although it's nice they allow you to borrow a card for a $3 refundable fee if you weren't going to be coming back, it did seem like the machines, especially the dryers, were super expensive. There are less expensive laundromats out there that are just as good as this place in my opinion. read more

This place had over-charged me for dry cleaning once before, so I was worried about it. I do most laundry at home, and take my dry cleaning to Palo Verde Cleaners on Speedway. Although, I've used the Maytag place at Speedway and Swan many times for wash and fold and never had an issue. There was no way to even wash my hands and after getting a bit of soap on them, no sink, no bathroom. The whole laundromat was unclean. It was 5 o'clock in the morning, so I thought my stuff might be safe, but the minute I walked back out to my car there was some guy checking out what I had put in the washers, and looking around to see if I was still there. At that point, I lost count of the levels of sketchy this place was, including the payment methods (You have to buy a card for $5 to even wash clothes, and you get NO credit on the card for your $5, and don't expect to be able to use quarters). The only positive thing I have to say, is that the washers did work. Which isn't a lot to ask from a laundromat. read more

I brought a bunch of shirts and suits to be cleaned. My issue is with the poor cleaning of them, but even more so it's with the owner of the business, who was extremely rude to me when I showed him the spots still on much of my clothes. He tried to tell me that it was impossible to get the spots off and that they had already tried, but there were several spots I could literally scrape off with my nail. He was super condescending to me and kept saying I said things that I never said. I will not be going back. Ever. read more

After having a TERRIBLE moment with Coyote Wash on 22nd I called Rincon and spoke with Tanya. She told me there was a group of people getting ready to leave so it was fairly quiet. I walked in to a VERY clean facility. Tonya introduced herself and explained they have a card system and go how it works if you don't already have a card. She was INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. I had "regular" wash, bed linens and large blankets. I watched Tonya assist other customers and she was always incredibly courteous. It felt like a place I was visiting with friends. I don't know where the people with bad reviews went to but it could not have been the same place. There are quite a few machines, small to large. They were all in working order. Plenty of table space for folding before you leave. I have been to several laundry mats but I think this is my new favorite. 10 out of 10. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I watched them clean the insides of the washers and dryers, in addition to a debris-free floor. *Powerful machines cleaned the worst of my laundry. What I discovered- 2 Oversized Commercial Washers Easily accommodates 2 King Comforters 2 Oversized Commercial Dryers Ditto these dryers. 2 ROWS of Commercial Size Washers Easily accommodates 1 King size comforter, or other oversized bedding 2 Rows of Commercial Size Dryers. Ditto dryers. Enough toploading washers to clean even the worst backlogged laundry disaster. I haven't needed to use a laundromat in decades. I ldid learn, leave the coins at home. Bring $1 & $5 bills to load the card you'll use instead. 14 miles away from my home. If I need a laundromat again, this is THE place. Great pride in business! Thanks guys! read more

I went to do my laundry as my washer was not acting right . I chose three washers close to the entrance . There were many open ones . After I put my wash in I sat outside . I noticed after a little hit a man cleaning around the washers and he opened one of my washers with my clothing . He proceeded to wash the inside of the washer while it was still on . I asked him if he could wait to wash it until My clothes were fine washing which wasn't too much longer . He says yet washers are dirty because of my dirty clothes ! I told him my clothes were not especially dirty and now that my wash was almost done he could certainly wait a few minutes to continue his cleaning as I didn't want dirt from other washers and around the laundromat inside my machine . He said he's the owner and can do what he wants ! I wanted to remove my laundry but it was almost done and I was not drying there so I went and sat down again . Then he continued and opened up my other two machines and did the same things with no remorse ! So rude and unclean for the owner of a laundromat to do ! read more

I've been coming here for years and always have a good experience. The owner is always here cleaning and making sure the place stays looking nice. The washers and dryers are reasonably priced and I'm able to wash items like horse blankets in their larger washing machines. read more

The owners is very RUDE. No carts you have to carry your clothes from the washing machine to the dryer and the dryer to the table .

We came to this location because of a previous review saying it was a nice laundromat. It is nice and clean with plenty of machines. They do not use coins in any of the machines you have to "purchase" a loadable card and I do mean PURCHASE. The card will cost you $5. Once you PURCHASE the card you can then load $$$ to do your laundry. We travel in our RV and in all our travels have NEVER seen this kind of system that you had to PURCHASE a card. Luckily after I put my $5 in the machine (which I thought would be loaded on to card) and the gentlemen (previous owner and owner)saw the look of confusion on my face explained how it worked the owner Brian was nice enough to refund our $5 and just charged us at the end of our 1 load since we were just traveling thru and would not be using this card again. If you are in this area I would definitely recommend this laundromat. read more

Love the fact of using cards, saves me carrying quarters, and you get a little bonus with the card, put 20 in get 2 bucks extra, super clean, very friendly attendants, dryers are fast, never real busy and open 24 hours. Child friendly, clean, lots of machines. This is a card operated laundry mat. Its a litte more for a wash & dry but I do think it's worth it to pay for quality. ****in the corner next to the larger load machines there is a strong smell of gas, when I asked the attendant she said its always like that*** Not sure how healthy that is, I had a headache by the time I finished loading my washers. This place is very clean, plenty if carts, decent number of machines as well as sizes, and there is an attendant here who is very nice. She walks you through everything and she also provided some extra tips to help work the machines better. The only reason why this was not a five star was because of the payment system. You are only allowed to pay by their auto load card. This is a really good idea for people who need a laundry mat often. It helps maintain the clean environment and a good clientele - not many people want to pay five dollars for an auto load card. For people like me, who only use a laundry mat when I need to clean a massive comforter when guests are coming over, it is not the most practical. Other than that, it is a great place, and again, I did not get her name, but there is one attendant here who is great. Really enjoyed working with her. read more

I only use the Dry Cleaning service next to Laundromat. Attendants are very professional and also do a great job with your clothes. Owners are present at the cleaners side and they are personable and fun to chat with. Cleaners side closes early on Saturday, think it is about 3:00 pm, I showed up at 4:00 pm and they took care of me even after the register was closed. read more

The staff is incredibly nice and helpful! I only gave this place 4 stars because I found their card system pretty obnoxious. You have to purchase a card for $5 and then load the card with money (cash only, no debit/credit). At the time I only brought so much cash with me and I didn't have enough to buy a card AND do my laundry. You can "borrow" a card but you still have to put a deposit of $5 which you'll get back when you return it that same day -- which still doesn't help if you don't bring enough cash. None of that would have been a problem if they just used a coin system or you could put money on your card with your debit. That having been said, the staff was so kind about the situation and worked it out so I could still get my laundry done. read more

BEWARE!!! The absolute worst cleaners I've ever been to! I brought them a brand new black shirt that was worn once under a suit coat. When I picked it up I notice a little red-ish pink stain on the back. When i asked about it they told me "oh must b color loss." I told her, if that's the case it's something that's happened here seeing it was a brand new shirt. She has no response so I ask again, then she comes up with the excuse that it must have already been there. Well which is it color loss from something you've done or was it preexisting? My clothes were also covered in lint and when I pointed it out to her she took some scotch tape to it, gave it a couple of indiscriminate pats and said "there that's good." They also want to be paid up front. When I asked her what happens if I'm not happy with the cleaning? She told me that I'm paying for "services rendered." Services rendered is - Completion of services requested by a client resulting in a payment request. Completion being the key word there. Seems to me they want their money up front because they know they do subpar work. What she wants is PREPAYMENT for crappy work! Needless to say. I'll never go back! And I'd advise anyone looking for dry cleaning DO NOT go there!!! read more

I came here because my home washer stop functioning on me....it was very convenient because this laundry mat is open 24/7.....It took me a couple minutes to figure out how to function the washer since it's a card machine thing.... however it wasn't much of a hassle to get the washer started....there is instructions on how to use/load card with money. It's pretty cool, I didn't have to be carrying my quarters around. The place is clean and low key. read more

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME!!! We went to the laundromat off of Pantano, we just moved here from Washington state and our washer went out. The attendant at the Pantano laundromat was incredibly rude and unhelpful (yes, I left a review for them). When we arrived here, it was clean, quiet and the employee working there was INCREDIBLE! She helped us figure out how much it would cost us (they use cards here, but, they will figure the amount ahead of time for you so you don't lose money). She showed us which washers to use, the settings, where everything went (detergent, etc). She was amazing. I would recommend this place to ANYONE coming in from the West Coast. Friendly, not a bad area at all. As a mater of fact, there is a small bookstore (Goodwill) next door and a coffee shop two doors down. You can't beat it. GO HERE! GO HERE! GO HERE! read more

It's not your typical laundromat where you need rolls of quarters to operate the machines. They have a card system where you just load more money on it. You don't get a free card from the machine. It's $5 to get one and that $5 is NOT going to be counted towards credits to use on the machines; however, if the cleaners side is open, you can ask the staff there and they'll "loan" you out a card. If you use the card machine in the laundromat, you'll only get $3 refunded to you for the card. If you get the card from the staff, you get the full $5 refund. Now, the pricing system is kind of weird, but honestly, it's at a decent price. I think the top-load washers were about $1.60-something and the big dryers were $0.30-something for 7 minutes. Pretty clean area and nice staff, just make sure that your bring lots of things to do for your kids if you plan on taking them. I think only one game they have there works (lol) read more
