This is a nice clean operation. New units and old top loaders. I just had one load. Ha ... so many people leave money in the pockets the plumber is here to clean the trap. It will be more than a five gal bucket. Sounds silly but true. I ll be done here in a hour. I think the dryers sound pricey. 6 minutes for 25 cents. That's new to me but should be fine. read more

Very poor customer service. Me and my son just walked in and sat down and the lady working approached us asking if we were going to do laundry because it wasn't a kick back place. Omg you see we have laundry. I told her yes I'm doing laundry and she said we'll do it. I looked at her and said I'll do it when I'm ready we just got here. She continues to mock me and talk under her breath. Is it because I'm Native American?? How rude and disrespectful this lady was and for someone her age should not be acting like a child. Poor service, I get out of work pretty late only needed to get one load in arrived at 8:45. Cycles are only 30 minutes max as well as dryer if you pay 1.50. Last load is at 830 but there open on Google untill 10 pm thats an hr and half of time to do a load. really need to consider changing your information or updating your window signage. read more

Smallest commercial washers are $5.00, $5.25 if you need warm or hot water wash! Dryers are $1.00 for 20 minutes. They currently have a bullshit sign up about how they calculate their prices, etc. If you can't afford to run a business without overcharging for the provided service, then you shouldn't be in business at all. Making a profit is one thing, but ripping people off is unethical. read more

Wow! I have been having washing machine problems for awhile now and I have tried many laundry places locally. This is, without a doubt, the 5 star rating of them all. First of all, the place is clean, clean, clean. Easy parking. Variety of sizes of washers (I have three boys so the 8 load washer was so appreciated). There is an app to download to not only pay to wash and dry but it also lets you know on your phone where you are in your cycle. An incredibly nice attendant. Idk why the app they use doesn't work for me but everyone else works so it seems to be an isolated incident but they do offer coin machines. Anyways usually always enough carts. They have a ton of new washers and dryers here. I can get 6 loads done in under 2 hours! It store is clean, well lit, and next door to Sprouts! (BONUS!) I have used this company for years but only for large quilts and they have always been perfect. I am moving soon and even though I had hired a company to sell many of my things I wasn't allowed to be present on sale day and woops they sold my washer and dryer. Not too happy but it means I will be using this company a lot bcuz I hate laundry sitting around. The ppl who work there have always been so kind I think it will be great. Yesterday was my wife and I First time visiting the Pantano location.No one greeted us when when walked through the door. I stood at the counter a good 5 minutes before the 2 employees decided to stop talking and assist me.The Red head lady looks up with attitude "Can I help you with something " I said yeah that's why I'm standing here.She gave me change for a 20.00.So my wife and I proceeded to wash even though I was ready to leave.Got our change get to the washer and they say 3.50 we both looked at one another in disbelief.We proceed to wash and talk among each other.I'm trying to wrap my head around the fact I just spent 4.25 for one freaking load.These people charging 1.25 for warm/hot waterWe noticed my wife washer was super soapy..A regular customer in a roll around chair noticed the washer and began to tell us it doesn't really work.So she proceeded to tell the red head employee and now she wants to come over and talk to the "Only Black Customers" in the building.My issue is she saw us using those washers if she knew they didn't work why wouldn't you inform us.Too busy speaking and greeting the "All White Customers ".These people need a sign that says "Whites Only" because they definitely don't appreciate people of color!!! We will NEVER come back to this racist ass laundry mat ever again!!!! read more

Rachel the lady workin right now is a horrible, terrible human being!! I walked in at 8:30pm(last call) hit start on my clothes at 8:33pm went to get change for dryers at 8:35pm and Rachel says I can't start laundry, last wash is 8:30pm, to which I state "I came in at 8:30pm and started my clothes at 8:33pm promptly" she replies with attitude, "NO you didn't, I shit the doormat 8:30." Then I said your clock must be wrong and shows her the time and she threatens to shut my washers off!! Not sure who hires this disgusting person but she needs to be fired!!! read more

Went there Thursday 10/27/2022 to do laundry & check the place out - It's very clean & it wasn't crowded. I had not been there since before the PANDEMIC. Things have changed! I had plenty of quarters so I didn't need assistance. There is now a very COOL coffee shop next door "Revolutionary Coffee & Books. This was the reason I went back to do more laundry the following day. Big Mistake, men were working on the machines & emptying the change boxes on the dryers & washers. It was very hustle-bustle. Harder to keep my distance. I ran out of quarters next - Oh, I wish I had not - the change machine wasn't in the same place & I made the mistake of asking the attendant where the changer was now. WOW, this woman should NOT be working around PEOPLE - what a SMARTASS!!! She must really hate her job. I heard her saying mean things about the customers to the men who were working on the machines. I hope someday, she can find "her happy place.' read more
