First, new owners have taken over Coyote Wash and renamed the business. The lady working there told me that she had been employed there for many years. The new owner put in all new washers and dryers which appear to be first class machines. In any case, I needed a very large comforter washed and dried and I did not want to do it myself. I checked out a number of locations on Yelp before choosing Coyote because of their location and the mention of new machines in a recent review. Before I actually took the item in, I went to check the place out and get a price, which was very fair. I was asked whether I wanted scented or non-scented detergent and softener which I appreciated. I have been coming to this laundromat for 3 years when we were visiting Tucson. There have always been a few washers that are "out of order", but you could find one to use. This will be my last visit and I will be looking for another laundromat. Today every larger capacity machine, as well as several others, are out of order", making it pretty much impossible to find a machine to use. There is no sign that Management is trying to fix them. 5 stars all the way 5 cleanliness ( there is a staff on duty at all times and constantly cleaning and checking on the equipment) 5 there is staff's on duty at all times, so convenient- especially if your new or have any questions with the equipment. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful -have not had any issues with anyone. 5 the machine does a great job, no soapy residue or watery clothing after being rinsed and spin cycle. 5 convenience there is ample parking up front and in the back, there is also availability for change whether it's bills or coins. 5 security- cameras are everywhere- anywhere ( so it's nice to know no matter what there is plenty of footage to show for anything ) *couple of pointers. Weekends are the busiest- highly reccomend going in during the weekday, but even if you decide to go in the weekend - there's still plenty of space for everyone. Another pointer is - most machines run 30 min cycles- unless you select the extra rinse mode then add on another 5 mins? Very nice service, I dropped of my clothes a little after ten a.m., I'm sure they were some well before I picked them up but they followed my instructions to a tee. I had 28lbs I think which equats to $42 to wash/fold and/or hang up. I brought my own hangers because I like to air dry most of my clothes which I put in one bag and the rest were folded and returned to me in a clear bag. You can bring your own detergent or they use theirs, one thing, one of my white shirts has a few pink stains now, I'm not sure if it's from the detergent or washing with other things but no biggy. I'm so glad I ignored a few bad reviews I had read about this place!! The washers at my condo are horrible and don't get anything clean so I've been trying various spots around the eastside looking for a decent laundry matt that isn't going to leave me broke when I have 10 loads!! I've found the spot!! Open late till 11, last load inn at 10:30 pm, super convenient access right off 22nd. Tons of parking too. I went at 9:30 pm and it was a ghost town. And they accept coins, no stupid card system with a deposit. They also have a variety of different size machines to pick from; a basic one load top loaf machine is only $1.75, a double front loading machine is only $3.50. I like being able to raise the lid and look at how my clothes are doing. I will never do laundry at my condos again. The woman working this evening was busy cleaning and was very friendly. read more

I went to this place and was not displeased. They have tons of washers and dryers. My only complaint is that the washers don't lock while in use. I like to be able to run short errands while the clothes are washing, but, let's face it, people are people, and not above stealing other people's laundry. It's happened to me before. Being that my current situation is that almost my entire wardrobe is in one washer...I can't risk it. (I have outgrown the rest of my wardrobe due to the Pandemic and staying-at-home...but that's another story!) Anyway, the dryers here actually dry my clothes with a few quarters, which is huge. My previous favorite laundromat left me with damp laundry after many quarters, so I had to come home and search for space to let the clothes complete drying. This is better. I'm going to trade in "sitting in the laundromat during the wash cycle" for "dry clothes when you get back home". Life consists of compromises, right?! read more

I wrote a review last year giving it a 4. However in the last year of going to this Laundromat most of the larger load washing machines are always "Out Of Order". There are only about 10 to 12 single load machines and so that doesn't leave much. Many of the dryers are always "Out Of Order" as well. Don't waste your time going to this place! read more

My mother received a referral from a woman she was speaking with in line at the grocery store. I recently moved and wasn't able to get a washer and dryer right away. I called to get pricing, how long it takes to have laundry washed, and hours. I have interacted with three different female employees. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to take pride in their work and want to make sure they handle your belongings with care: Everything is hung and folded neatly. I've been offered help to carry things to my car. It has always been under 12 hours for my order to be complete. It is clean inside. They offer washing products and have vending machines. There's also a table for children to sit at or to read or eat while waiting for your laundry to be complete. Being open until 11 is great for their busy clientele. If you have to use a laundry mat, this is a great one! read more

Yesterday was the first time I went to this laundromat in many years. I was glad that I chose this one. It was pretty busy on a Saturday afternoon but there were still machines available for my needs. There are many different sizes of washers at varying prices and the cost is comparable to every other place I've been to in Tucson.Best of all, all the machines seemed to be working. There is an attendant on duty which made me feel safer. There is a working change machine and vending machines for snacks. The bathroom was clean. There is a seating area in the back with a tv. There is ample parking in the front and rear of the store.There is nothing fancy about this place but overall it's a comfortable place to get your laundry done. read more

I like this place charles and jean the owners are fantastic. The workers are nice and if i have problems they usually fix it. But everytime im bring my 2 children in and by the time we leave they are black from the floors being so dirty. My infant who is learning to walk had a black bottom i had to change before we got back in the car and wash her feet hands and legs. On 8/18/18 I was sitting at Coyote wash waiting for my laundry to dry when Marge came up to me and said "I don't know why you are mad at me, but stop trying to get me fired, just shut your mouth. JUST SHUT YOUR MOUTH." I then emailed the owner to let him know how I was treated by one of his employees that was off duty. On 8/24/18 I called to talk with the owner. He said that he did not believe me because it did not sound like Marge. Marge has pulled the wool over the owners eyes too much. Other customers have told me that she has been rude to them, but they are afraid of her. The owner will do nothing to correct the problem. I can still press charges on Marge and I think I will. She did harass a federal contractor which would be a felony. read more

I have been coming here since I was a kid with my Mom. It isn't perfect but I rarely have issues and when I do, the attendants are great. The machines hold anything from single load to triple load. I think there is a quad loader as well. Love the dryers. They rarely let me down and dry most clothes in under 25 minutes. I have moved all around Tucson and always come back to Coyote. :) read more

Been going here for a few years, ok in terms of cleanliness and service. They're open til 11 pm which is great. Only problems I've come across is that when the wash is done the clothes are still pretty soaked, doesn't ring out enough water.
