Great laundry. Quiet. Good large machines. Nice and quiet! Worth the drive from anywhere in Tucson!!

I'm back in town and the place where I am staying lacks a washer and dryer, so back to this laundromat. Again, I was impressed! Everything was good and there were no problems whatsoever. read more

Catalina Laundry - The courtesy sink is mounted in a washing machine! How awesome is that?! - Laundry Services Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Washers work dryers don't. No signs but some people that lived in the complex. Let me know that they may not be working so I put some quarters in tried one. It didn't work tried another. It didn't work so I gave up and left with my clothes wet. But this is the only place you're gonna do laundry in Oracle read more

Perfect for what I needed , machines perfect great condition. I'm not sure of the pricing so that was fine as well.

Clean, well maintained, and new equipment in a non threatening environment. Large washers cost $8 in quarters and there is a change machine. Large dryer cost $4 for 30 minutes and my quilt was completely dry. read more

i've been trying to get a hold of customer service at Catalina laundry for the past 2 1/2 weeks and have been unsuccessful despite my several phone calls, voicemails and calling then being redirected by a robot to other phone numbers and as of right now if you call Catalina laundry's phone number , the one they solicit and advertise on google and Facebook it will take you straight to a voicemail greeting which says "says sorry this number is not available" and you can't leave a voicemail. What should one do when three loads of laundry (stolen of clothes) and no one is even able to take a complaint, file a claim or leave a message.I am so disappointed in this company . They advertise having new washing machines and new dryers.. well this means nothing if there's zero customer service. Please call us. We've been trying to get a hold of you, Kevin and Lauren read more

New machines! Efficient, work well, and when another customer had a problem and called for service, someone was there within 5 minutes. We've used this laundromat for the past four years, and this experience was our best. Also next to Ace Hardware, so we had something to do while we briefly waited for the machines to finish. Parking is also very close to the door read more

Clean facility with change machine. No complaints. A washer/dryer may have eaten a sock of mine but I can't confirm that, just noticed I was missing one when folding. read more

Traveling in my RV, I find myself in laundromats oftener than I would like. This one was nicer than most. Plenty of available machines, someone there doing maintenance on one of them, the change machine worked, the machines were clean and worked properly, the walls were painted with a cute aquarium mural. Wash was $3 in quarters which was a little high, I thought. But I liked it that the dryers let you choose how many quarters to feed them, 6 minutes per quarter. read more

As mentioned in other comments, prices are reasonable. However, several washing machines were broken as well as dryers. A customer told me not to use a particular washing machine because rinse cycle was awful for which I thanked him. Won't be back to this laundromat..... just not worth unnecessary stress. read more

It's what they call "no frills". An unattended, coin-op laundry with a spartan, borderline ramshackle appearance. But there's a bill changer, a few folding tables, some supplies, and the machines do the job quickly. There were quite a few out-of-order machines one time I went in, but otherwise it's exactly what it sets out to be. read more

Excellent machines and clean. $5 a load for big washers. I washed my comforter on Cold and it came out perfect. There is a change machine there. read more

Little hole in the wall laundry. Behind a strip mall. Super clean and cheap. Perfect for visitors to the area.

I'd give 5 stars but it's a laundromat tucked behind a plaza kinda unsafe lol. It's always clean and I actually forgot my stuff and my husband ran back knowing they just closed and she bagged it up and let him grab it. Thank god it was 3 expensive blankets read more

At least they have large load washers!!!! But a little dirty inside. Needs spackling and paint. read more

This was the cleanest most organized laundromat I've been in. Everything was spic and span. Regular size washers, large washers and extra large washers. I don't use laundromats often but I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this one. Underwater decorations gave it a touch of class read more

Clean / Efficient Machines. Tucked around the back was kind of difficult to find the first time. Kind of small, but still a nice little laundry. read more

I used this laundromat for the first time today. I had hesitated coming here due to the negative reviews it has received. We have camped at Catalina State Park at least 4 weeks every year for the past 5 years, and there really aren't any laundry facilities nearby. I'm so glad I finally decided to try Catalina Laundry. I arrived at 8 am and the place was empty, sparkling clean, and all the machines were in working order. I will definitely make this my place to go in the future. Washes are $2 and the dryer is .25 for 6 minutes. read more

Nice laundromat. We went at 6:00pm on a Wednesday and were basically alone. The machines all worked just fine for us. The place is clean and fun to look at. They have several regular sized washers ($2.25) and many large capacity ($3-$4) as well. Dryers are $0.25/6 minutes. They have a change machine and vending machine for supplies. It is located in the back of the building. Just drive around. read more

Did laundry here while staying at Catalina State Park since it's the closest laundromat around. Well kept and clean, kinda small but it fit our needs. read more

My washer decided to retire without notice, so I came here & was very pleased. The ONLY THING I just can't do is NO A/C. I have a swamp, too, but it's August 6 & I just can't do it! Otherwise, it's a nice, clean, good ol laundromat! I highly recommend... except in Monsoon Season! read more

Great laundry mat. Clean. Comfortable temp. Change machine works. Plenty of washing machine options. Good music playing. Inop machines are clearly marked, and there aren't many of them. Huge dryers. Pricing is typical. Recent reviews were helpful. read more

Having camped at the nearby state park for a week, we were (desperately) in need of a laundromat. Despite the crazy negative reviews, we came to Catalina Laundry solely due to the fact that it was only five miles from us versus the 12 for almost every other laundromat. Luckily, this place worked: it was clean; the change machine worked; all machines worked; our clothes dried in 18 minutes (well, pretty much "dried." We finished air drying jeans and towels back at the camper since, you know, it is Arizona). It was a bit odd to drive to the back of a little strip mall to get to it, but whatever. The signage along side the building helped to guide us, and the door sign was well marked. We will come here again. read more

This is an adequate laundromat but today the change machine was out of order. Bring your quarters!

It there was a 1/2 star option that would be to high of a rating for this place! Two years...TWO YEARS I've been coming to this laundry! Because I enjoy mold? Broken machines? No A/C? No attendant on duty? No response from the owner when one of their machines has broken down and taken $5.00 from me? No. I've used this dump because it's the ONLY laundromat in the Catalina/Oro Valley area for miles around. The owners know all too well that they have the monopoly in this area and that snowbirds, folks traveling through, and us local yokels have no other choice but to bite the bullet and use their facility. They treat their customers poorly and they have no customer service to speak of simply because they can get away with it. Today when I showed up to do my weekly 3 loads I was greeted at the entrance by two order ladies who told me to get back in my car because the change machine on site was not working and that I'd have to get quarters at the bank up the road. Okay. Whatever. But when I arrived at Vantage West (the closest local bank) I was told by the teller that I'd have to have an account with them to buy quarters! REALLY?!!! Needless to say, I will NEVER...EVER... Go to this laundry again! AND Vantage West can bite me! I'll drive to the laundry on Ft. Lowell and Campbell from now on. It's far. It's a drive. But it's EVERYTHING that Catalina Laundry isn't. I'd rather gnaw my arms off then ever have to deal with their asshattery again!! read more

Not the best - 4 loads of laundry came out of separate washing machines wet and heavy. The machines were not overloaded. Took a long time to dry. Prices are average. The machines are clean, but the place as a whole is dated. Would look elsewhere next time. read more

Was a little skeptical to try this launderomat as I am with most that I've been to. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the facility. It is an older building but kept up nicely. Machines worked great. Had to use the large washers due to a few large items. They were a bit pricey ($4) but none the less my experience with this establishment was good. read more

This place is lovely- clean, artfully decorated, plenty of flat space, all the washers and driers work, lots of baskets on wheels. I believe that it is under new management since the earlier bad reviews. We visited on Feb. 6, 2018, while we were camped at Catalina state park and were very satisfied. Note: Claire's café around the corner serves a VERY good breakfast. read more

I was in the area looking for a laundromat to advertise at an RV park I was working for so since this was the closest laundromat I went there. When I walked in I was hit with the stench of old urine. The place was dirty, smelly, dark and just down right gross.I was looking around for a minute and had to leave because of the smell and my eyes were burning. I don't know why that smell is in there but if someone wanted to make some money in the area, open a nice, clean, fresh smelling laundromat and I think you might do well and put this horrible mess out of business. I put another laundromat into my GPS and drove about 15 miles to it but I think it would be well worth the drive for anyone. I didn't get the name of it but the address is 615 East Grant Road. It is clean, smells like fresh laundry, bright and in a good location. read more
