I was here on a Thursday (late morning and early afternoon). It was almost empty, so there were plenty of machines available. The washing machines worked fine. Everything fit in one dryer, so I put all my laundry together for 60 minutes, but the clothes were still damp after an hour. So I split it between two machines and gave them an extra 30 minutes each and that took care of it. Lesson: don't put too much in one dryer even if it has the space. They have speakers throughout the laundromat continuously advertising that there is ozone in the water as a disinfectant. Over and over, the whole time you're there, alternating English and Spanish. Dryer stopped and says " upper temp sensor short" and of course there is no employee here. Now I get to go home with wet clothes since I am not putting more money in a different dryer. Ridiculous!! Now they want me to call them, lol. I called when this first happened since there was no employee to be found. Maybe they should try listening to messages. read more

**2025 Review** I've used 3 different locations in Tucson, and to keep yall up to date. If you get a card at one location, and it had a balance--you CAN VERY MUCH use it at a different location. There's no issues. IF there is, the employee will gladly put your balance on a different card for you at the kiosk. read more

Left for 8 minutes to walk dog in parking lot, group of theives standing outside and just at end of store targeted this expensive mens jacket I was washing. When returned from my 5 minute walk the mens jacket was gone from the washer and so was the group of guys outside..... read more

I've been coming here about twice a month, it's just down the street from my apartment so it's very convenient. They had a very clean facility with a large selection of washer sizes you may need. Everything is on a card so I don't have to worry about change or quarters. Prices are very reasonable and washers are clean and fast. Lots of sitting space as well as folding tables. They have a banner hanging for customer appreciation for FREE Dryers all day on Saturday. However both Saturdays I've been in they say it's already happened. So they are falsely advertising by keeping that banner up. It's a lie they've never had when I was there. Seriously pathetic to do that to families. read more

This location isn't as good as the location on St Marys. There's not an attendant always here to help and the machines are a bit older than the location on St. Marys. Plus you can't switch the cards between locations. I'm only giving 2 stars because this location is bigger than the St Marys location. read more

This laundry mat was 'ok'. The machines are clean, the counter and floors were clean also. $9 for a 20 lbs wash machine seemed expensive to me. Dryers were 1.29 for 21 minutes and worked just fine. The washer hadn't had the top wiped off. The cards are okay, but they don't tell you that the vending machines dont take their little card you have to buy for the washers and dryers. You only find out after you put more money on the card waiting it because they also won't sell you what you need in the little office. So now, you dont have what you need and you have money on the card you most likely won't ever use because the laundry mat is a one time thing!! read more

At the establishment now, this is my first time. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm using 2 40 lb machines - one started ok - the other one didn't. The machine never started and in the meantime the timer counts down. It already took my money and the attendant is nowhere to be found. I knocked on the employee door several times and even tried rattling the closed cage area where the attendant would be. So unless this attendant shows up looks like I'm out $4.99. Will never be back here again. Whatever I don't use off this card I guess they got me for. Apparently the machine just timed out. I am going to dry the load I did get washed and take my dirty clothes to another laundromat. I wouldn't recommend anyone coming here for any reason. Over half an hour now and no sign of an attendant!!! Telling all my friends and family and posting on all forms of social media so people know to launder at your own risk!!! Mice, mice, mice!!! Doing my laundry, minding my business, and see mice scuttle by my feet! I actually saw an attendant just shoo one away at one point. Their prices are a trap...front loading 2+ loads washers cost so much and are actually small--I've compared how much I can load into 2 top loaders and into a 2 load front loader. you'd be better off separating your laundry into single top loaders and spend much less doing so. I guess it's the price you'd pay for the convenience of tossing everything into one washer. Also kind of annoying that you have to pay to use their restroom...just my opinion though!! read more
