Today the director explained they pay 30-45 days following performances based on frequency (recurring versus first time).

I would go so far as to say they have treated our family like family. Cora in admissions worked with us to explain the finances and answer all questions. She's stepped back in when finances became tighter. Amber, the Executive Director has always shown us kindness and compassion and gone to bat for our family. The maintenance staff got Grandpa's TV working a few times so he could continue to watch his baseball. They then moved Grandpa's hospital bed over to Grandma's room and set it up for us when he passed. Sandra, the director of the Memory Care Unit is such a loving leader to the residents and her staff. The Christmas party for residents, staff and family was so generous and fun. It's so hard to not be able to see Grandma in person because of COVID-19 and it makes it even more important to know that the staff in the memory care unit treats Grandma as if she were their own Grandma. I thank the Lord that we found them.

They listened to me, exhausted & crying, and then quickly got my mom into a medicare paid home health routine. Not once did I have to remind them to follow through on their promises. Calls are always answered and I truly don't know if they even have voicemail. They took our $0 budget and quickly turned it into a whole team of knowledgeable and compassionate caregivers. I was recommended to them from my surgeon after I found out that my husband could not be present that day. I met one of the head folks over there, Deborah, and she was just lovely and warm as can be. She wanted to make sure they could fulfill my needs, and booked someone to see me through my first day and someone else to see me through the night. Both ladies were superb, very knowledgable, but also very supportive and encouraging through my difficult day. Everyone was on time and ready to help with my every need, from making note of all of my medications and foreseeing any events that might arise. I wasn't ready to shower yet but I know they would have helped me with that as well. I will probably need more help after another procedure and I wouldn't hesitate to call them. I could tell that they really cared about my comfort and about me as a person. I can see them doing great work in on ongoing situation with a person who might need regular home care, as well as on a situational basis. Thanks to all of you wonderful ladies!
