The staff is good at communicating and sharing information with me about my mom, both when things move out of the norm and day to day. This is consistent with different teams a well, which is priceless. The place is kept clean and has an inviting vibe. We know she is in great care, and if anyone needs anything, they let me know. Our mom has been in assisted living at various levels for over 13 years. Before Belmont Village Lakeway, our family would have agreed that Silverado Bee Cave was our best experience before they were acquired by someone else. It did not look like they showered her at all and she was very quiet. I was not given regular updates on her, I had to reach our on my own and request them. I have had a much better experience with Visiting Angels and they are at a cheaper rate . $25 an hour is high for poor service and no daily update. I will not use them or recommend ComforCare.

Never called her vulnerable 71-year-old daughter/caretaker to let her know, had no signs on her door, and the caseworker had no idea. The absence of a Quarantine sign allowed my sister to walk right in, find our mother unshowered and throwing up (had thrown up all night). They reported she had been taken to breakfast and lunch amongst the other patients. Terrible protocol.
