They've removed the range pass altogether, and you have to pay every single time just to hit a bucket of balls. Look, I don't mind paying for quality, but this just feels like a cash grab. I already pay for greens fees, food, drinks, and occasionally merchandise -- now I'm getting nickel-and-dimed for warm-up balls like I'm a tourist at a mini golf course? It's the principle of the thing. This place used to be about community and loyalty. Now it's just about squeezing out every last dollar. Shame. The service in the pro shop was underwhelming - not the most welcoming but not rude. We got a cart for my dad who had knee surgery not too long ago. It had rained that day but there were no carts on cart path only signs except the par 3. It kept telling him to return to cart path even on a par 5 and would become inop and then make him back up. When we circled back to the pro shop they were able to do a special setting given his knee so they did fix that issue.
