When I…read morestarted, I was pre-diabetic, and suffering from plantar fasciitis and osteoarthritis in my knees that made it painful for me to participate in the sports and activities I love. Since then, I've dropped over 50 pounds, lost eight inches around the waist, and gotten back to hiking and pickle ball and golfing without pain. When I went for my annual physical a few months ago, it was the first time in fifteen years that the results came back clean - every result was in the normal range. Cholesterol and blood sugars were way down. I hired Amy as my trainer because she would come to my home, and train with me in the garage on the equipment I own. Dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX, box jump, wall sits, etc. Every workout is different. She is patient, quick to offer modifications when something's not right, and keeps a close eye on form to ensure I perform the moves correctly. She knows how to push, too. I never knew there were so many variations of plank exercises, squats and lunges. She's often recognized before I have that I am capable of doing far more than I realize, and it's worked. She's turned me into a lover of Bulgarian split squats! I'm healthier, stronger and more fit than I've been in decades, and I credit Amy. She's even helped with diet and nutrition, and turned me onto healthier foods, and when and how to use protein shakes maximum effect. In other words, I'm a big fan, and wholeheartedly recommend her training services for anyone who is serious about making health and fitness a bigger part of their lives.

In 2022, I realized that I, 73, should be working on my own strength and conditioning in order to assist him as well as maintaining my own quality of life. For four years I have been working with Amy twice a week and Andy continues working with her once a week. We began with in-home visits but Covid forced us to virtual sessions via FaceTime. FaceTime has proven to be the perfect situation, especially since her recent move to Minneapolis. Her relocation went seamlessly for us and we continue as if she still lives in Pleasanton. Amy tasks us with personally designed workouts every session, making certain we're performing the moves correctly for maximum benefit, and offers valuable advice on diet and nutrition. She continues to research new and challenging exercises for us, pushing us to continually improve our strength, conditioning, balance and endurance. Her help has enabled us to continue to travel, enjoy our grandchildren and just feel better. We highly recommend our friend and trainer extraordinaire to anyone looking for a guide to better health.

Always a fun time! We had a party of four adults. 1 newbie and none of us are really golfers. 2…read morehours included 1 regular game round, 1 Sonic game, and 3 different Angry Birds games. The warmers kept everyone comfortable and the misty rain was barely noticeable. Our bay host was friendly and attentive. Absolutely no complaints. The drinks were festive and tasty. They weren't strong, they weren't weak. They were what you would want as to not impair you while you are standing on an open ledge swinging a club. The Grilled Cheese Dippers with bacon and tomato soup are an ultimate comfort food. Don't miss ordering them as they are limited time only. The Funday Faves Platter was a feast for our party of four. The sliders are picky eater friendly (there is mayo on them) and of a generous size and there are SIX of them. We already knew we loved the Mac and cheese bites. The pretzel bits need a dip in something, but are as soft and warm as you'd expect. The chips and salsa were average, but still a favorite. My only complaint about the platter is about half of our chips were too small to dip. The Winter Cosmo was orange forward, but nice holiday twist. It comes in a plastic globe "ornament" which was a little silly and the sprig of rosemary didn't add much as it was sad and dead looking. This is a limited time seasonal item. The Patrón #20 mixed drink has an exclusive Topgolf reposado tequila as its main spirit along with pineapple and mango juice and rimmed with black sea salt. It has a thicker juicy viscosity and is on the sweeter side. If you like tequila sunrise, you will like this tropical "cousin." Tuesdays are one of the "half off game play" days (Mondays-Thursdays). Five stars! Highly recommend!

Drinks range from wine to bear to alcohol from Black brands. Service: Customer service was always been top notch from the bartenders and owner was so helpful in providing overview of the game, local culture/clubs, MN having the most golf courses which shocked the hell out of us. He have us basic lessons, advice on clubs for women and beginners, stance, what par meant, and hand positioning. Overall personable guy and went out his way to ensure we were good and had some background about golf and MN golf culture. Very genuine. Let the record reflect that I'm not saying that because he's from Chicago (the best city to Eva do it ) ijs Price: Very reasonably priced with options to golf for 30 mins increments. We paid 80 for 1.5 hours which was just enough time. I'm not sure about the food so I've included a menu. I didnt order anything personally this time around. Ambiance: It was an overall great experience for my 2nd time around. Last Summer that had a mixed with a DJ and it was a great turn out. Intergenerational crowd with lots of photo worthy spaces and seating areas. Very comfortable high top tables and lounge area with open space to mingle. They have great artwork, open spaces yet felt inviting for times when networking is appropriate. It would be great for corporate events or mixers. Great lightening, private party spaces and the bar area is nice. I'm glad I remained open to trying it out again after delcaring "golf wasn't my ministry" I just needed a lil more education and hands on basics. I look forward to what's in store for Par365 10/10 would recommend!

The cart paths could use some maintenance too. There is a ranger on the course to keep people moving and we played our round in under 4 hours! The potential is there for sure but holy buckets is this place in rough shape. Certainly the worst I've ever seen it. What's weird is the amount of staff we saw too. I think someone was mowing or cutting a tree on every hole. The greens themselves were in okay condition but man oh man everything else was rough. We also found it weird that they were having people start at all different holes. Either that or they have a serious problem with people just walking onto the course. Honestly hope my buddies don't want to return for a while.
