Called this service and waited over 2.5hrs only to have tow truck arrive then express that his tow truck is malfunctioning. He expressed earlier that he'd been out in Dauphin island servicing cars, and that he needed to go home and change clothes. What a Terrible Inconvenience!!!! (for us both) Very Unprofessional, as a simple call would have allowed me a bigger window to get my car serviced before they close. It is now 4pm. They close at 6pm. I am so glad I wasn't on the side of the busy Highway!!! This series of Unfortunate Events only made matters worse for me as my 99year old Grandmother is declining from COVID-19 at Mobile Infirmary. A simple apology was all I received, yet I have to make this disappointing experience known to others. Do Better!

Finally found Tow Tator ! After sitting long the interstate for 4 hours they showed up. We should have called them first. It took some maneuvering because there was no front wheel and the right wheel had broken off, but they were able to get the trailer up on their truck and deliverer to the repair place , They knew what they were doing. Because the right wheel was gone and we were on the shoulder the trailer was tilting severely and could have gone all the way over. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guys. But, I hope I don't need them again. Now I need to get reimbursed from AAA, who were NOT much help.

The parts that were put on the vehicle were rusted about the back passenger door and front end the bumper and fender the is a 2 inch gap between. The paint is two different colors. The front passenger door is not set on the hinges properly, the back passenger door has the rubber coming off block the door from being able to shut properly. not a Statefarm approved repair shop. Inside trunk all the old parts that were replaced in the placed inside of my trunk. I am baffled by the lack of effort put into the vehicle. Upon time to pick and pay I voiced my complaints, and asked why it looked like that .The owner told me that "we are only doing what we were paid to do." Overall my complaints were on deaf ears.
