There are two Pickleball courts, but no surrounding fence and there is plenty of parking. However, this park is for the residents of the subdivision, not a public park. As a private park it is very clean and well looked after with the paths looking fresh and the overall aesthetic of the park looking much more groomed than many other trails in Austin. The trail itself is pretty easy to walk through and there are no difficult areas to get by. Lining the trail are different areas to do workouts which is nice to see and there are also sporting areas at the community center as well. The foliage looked great and the rest of the open areas seemed well put together. This is definitely a fantastic park to walk through with family, friends, or dogs if you're in the area.

It includes a smaller one playscape (toddlers) and one for the somewhat bigger kids (4-12). It has mulch on the ground, and is bordered with a cement lining to contain the mulch, is my guess. It's so thoughtful to find 1 special swing amongst 3 other plain swings, one that you can safely secure and have the child experience swinging also. Not one for the very littles, but one with a disability. I believe it says for 5-12 years old. Close to the smaller playscape is a xylophone, and we were pleased with a play by a random biker who stopped there to play. On Settlers Valley, I see people park their car along the road by the mailboxes. And there is a little path that leads to the playground, but then it ends there. You'll have to go around the grass, or cross the mulch in order to enter the trail that is in the back and goes around the neighborhood. I've biked that trail and it's a cute well-maintained trail. It's not our neighborhood, but I'm glad to find this close to home.

They have have a couple of swing sets here as well. The bathrooms are also dealing well kept. I definitely recommend this park for your kids and running or walking your pets. It's not the best park if you want to have a large gathering and barbecue. There aren't any barbecue pits or covered area for large groups to sit and eat. There's plenty of parking. Definitely check out this park if you're in the neighborhood!

This very large multipurpose park sits on the Sandy Creek Arm segment of Lake Travis. It is…read moresurrounded by upscale homes peering down from the hill country above. It boasts of numerous amenities such as a baseball field, volleyball court, basketball court and play scapes. There's also a hiking trail that links it to Firemans Park just a short walk away and they do have public restrooms. There's also lots of parking, although none of it is shaded. On the property you will also find a tennis court, a musical space for the kids, swings, sculpture garden and boat ramps. There's lots of covered picnic tables complete with grills for use by families and large groups. If you wish to use one of the larger covered pavilion areas, you'll need to make a reservation. You'll also find some covered picnic tables facing out towards the lake, but unfortunately on my visit, the lake bed was completely dry. This park is a kids paradise and the only things missing are a swimming pool and a soccer field (which could easily be squeezed in). I decided to shoot more videos than photos in order to capture the size and scope of this well appointed park.

The splash pad has a dedicated fenced in area for the water fun, and a nice grassy area with tables and seating. Perfect for a picnic! The lake itself is super peaceful--I highly recommend renting a kayak or bringing a paddleboard out on a weekend morning. There are also plenty of shady spots and picnic tables by the water to just hang out and feed the ducks. Just a heads up, parking can be a nightmare on Saturdays when the weather is nice, so try to get here before 9 AM if you can. Otherwise, it's a super clean, well-maintained park that never really gets old. Definitely worth checking out.
