After too much heat on my blonde foils and a wshe came over to me to let me know a lot of my hair is very damaged and breaking off and then demanded to know what I was truly using at home on my hair. I was pretty taken aback by her lack of social skills and problem solving. The owner was nice and eventually came over to me to give me a free hair cut. He said all I needed to fix my terrible hair color was a toner that they could do next time for me. I left and got multiple other quotes and feedback from other stylists and they both said I needed an actual color correction it was so bad not just a "toner". I ended up losing a lot of my front hair pieces they were so brittle and damaged. I'm now having to pay over 500 dollars to get my hair fixed somewhere else!

I didn't have that issue at all here! Victoria did such an amazing job with listening to my wants and needs for my hair and she DELIVERED. I asked for a long layered haircut, keeping as much of the length but still cutting a good amount off the dead ends. She was also so sweet & makes great conversation which is so appreciated since I always feel so awkward going to salons where they don't talk to you at all lol. I'm new to the metro-Phoenix area and found Salon Estique through social media when one of their stylists caught my attention. I booked a haircut and partial color, and during the appointment she recommended adding a hydration treatment. I was happy to follow her professional recommendation. The total came to nearly $500, which I was prepared to invest for high-quality results and specialized knowledge. As someone with naturally bouncy curls, it's great to find a curl-focused stylist. Unfortunately, my search continues in metro-Phoenix. The results here were super disappointing. My curls were left flat and lacked their usual shape and volume at the top of my crown. At this price point, I expected a higher level of styling expertise and knowledge that enhanced my natural texture rather than diminished it. My stylist even commented, "I don't know why it's so flat on the top." Me either, sis :( I did get much better results when I washed and styled my hair at home. However, styling was part of the expense and experience. While I don't mind paying for skill, I left feeling disappointed in the overall result. I won't be back to Salon Estique.
