Quote: We have few quotes from different landscapers, we chose Garzon Landscape as there quote was competitive and were available at the earliest to start the work. Quality: The quality of the work is acceptable. Some of the stuff (360 sprinkler) stopped working but it's acceptable as I was promised 1 year of warranty post completion of the project. Service: Whats that!!!? Joseph promised one year of warranty and service after completion of the project. He never came back to complete the project. Communication: Again Joseph haven't answered my calls in almost an year, so that should answer the level of communication you can expect. Communication unresponsiveness started from Jospeh started when we paid him advance money. Joseph would look straight in your eyes, shake your hand and promise you that he will be back with his whole team the next day, but it will not happen. Don't fall for it and NEVER PAY HIM IN ADVANCE.

I then messaged Doug on the Yelp platform and he responded within an hour. Ironically, right after he responded, one of the two I had text referred me to Doug. Yesterday he came out, gave me an estimate and today completed the work. The pool cut off a water pipe to my flower bed so Doug installed an automatic watering system, programmed it, showed me how to download and use the app to control it. He then was supposed to reroute two lines, but found three and set it up so that I have two drip lines and can add two more. He also showed me how they all functioned.
