Anza was by far the most highly praised and had the most reasonable rates for a long park. Compared to Lyft/uber rides, for a two week stay, the cost was close to identical. Before arriving I made a reservation online via the website ( for some reason the app wasn't working on my phone). Use the coupon tab to get a promo code. Apparently all the codes offer the same discount. You can choose to prepay or pay at the lot. I choose to pay at the lot. Since the app wasn't working for me, I printed the reservation information. Arriving in the middle of the night at completely new long term parking seems like a daunting task. But I was completely wrong. There were no staff except for the shuttle driver. But Anza parking is meticulously organized. There were clear signs which guided you through the whole parking process step by step. The signs were perfectly positioned. In the wee hours there is no valet parking. You self park. But once you find your spot you wait for the shuttle. The shuttle driver followed me. This was a great relief. Being alone in an enormous deserted parking lot would have been unnerving. The driver assisted me with my luggage. He gave me a ticket with my parking spot recorded. Payment is expected after you return from your trip. It's a short drive from the parking to the airport about 5-8 minutes. The driver knew exactly the right terminal down to the best door to use for my airline. Once again he assisted me with my luggage. The driver was courteous throughout. Don't forget to tip the driver the way I did. A big bad on my part, which I regret deeply. On the return trip, you need to find the spot labeled "off airport parking" which is located on level two, on the central island(exit the terminal, take the crosswalk across the street) and look for the signs posted. The Anza shuttle will be clearly labeled in the front of the vehicle. The shuttle runs often. I waited for nine minutes. The shuttle runs 24 /7. The driver will collect your ticket and drive you to your parked car if you have self parked. This time I remember to tip the driver. Drive your car back to the entrance/exit. Then drive to the exit lane which is clearly marked. There will be a kiosk with a friendly staffer. You will need your quote and your ticket. I had already entered my credit card information via the website and payment was trivially easy. I recommend Anza Parking wholeheartedly.

We waited for about 25m going and about 20m coming, so well within the stated and promised "every 30m" timeframe. A BIG bonus is their luxury shuttle, that is super clean, with comfortable seating. I'm also very impressed with their professional and helpful drivers, who were courteous and helpful with handling luggage. Be sure to PRINT out the confirmation sheet, so that you can scan the bar code easily for coming in and out of the parking lot. But the shuttle was not really accurate with the pickup times, which is important when you're trying to catch a flight or return to your vehicle from SFO after your travels. Shuttle pickup is supposed to be every half hour. But the bus arrived about 5 minutes late at the Burlingame Airport Parking pickup booth on a Wednesday morning. Then it took a few more minutes for the driver to load everyone's luggage in the back, and 5-6 minutes to arrive at the airport, with about an additional minute per stop for different groups of airlines... first stop American, Delta, Jet Blue terminal, next stop United, and so on. Upon my return on Saturday evening, it took almost 30 minutes to get back to the Burlingame Airport Parking lot. Pickup is every half hour at SFO, 2nd level "Hotel Shuttles" area. Once you get on the bus, there are several stops at the airport as well as the Hilton Hotel before you'll get back to your vehicle, especially cuz the driver loads and unloads baggage for each passenger at the back of the bus, every stop. All in all, not a bad experience, but I can see why this off airport parking facility was cheaper than the others.

All they have to do is deny that they did it and wait for you to give up on them repairing your car. To make matters worse the typical type of damage your car will get from a valet company will be less than your deductible so you will have to fix your car out of pocket. Unless you do a video "walk around" with the valet before and after you drop your car off to them, which is not likely, they will never own up to any damage done to your car. Peninsula Parking knows this and they bake this knowledge into their business model. Because my car was returned to me at night in the rain I did not notice the damage to my rear bumper until the next morning. To make matters worse they accused me of trying to scam them into fixing damage that I did to my car. When I first contacted this company to report the damage to my car they did not return my calls or emails. After several calls and emails, I finally got through to someone because I asked to speak to their sales team (they picked up the phone when they thought I was a prospective customer). They told me that they would "investigate the matter" and get back to me. A week later they got back to me and told me that after their "internal investigation" they have concluded that they are not responsible for the damage to my car. When I asked them for a copy of their investigation they refused to share it with me. In a nut shell, Peninsula Parking is selling a bad product do not give them your business. Your friends, family and guests will thank you.

First, let's start from the beginning, there is no automated voice answering machine when you call the office. Nothing is a bigger let down in customer service in this era of new technology than some computer voice saying, "Press 1 for da-da-da..." In addition, he also provides his cell phone number. It doesn't get ANY better than that. I can't tell you how frustrating it is when you need to reach the service owner immediately and it's night and the only number you have is their office phone. I haven't even met Derek in person; the entirity of the service was done via phone/email. However, make no mistake, he comes HIMSELF to visit your residence to survey the area. I didn't meet him during that visit because I was out-of-town, yet my mom talked with him and she was very pleased. Fast-forward to a week before the event, Derek gives me a quote for the services to be delivered. I found it a bit on the high side, but he had ABSOLUTELY no problem negotiating and I managed to pay a price I was VERY comfortable with. The day of the event, guest after guest commented on how EXTREMELY courteous the staff was. They greeted all of our guests with a "Welcome to the graduation party." and did a superb job with parking the cars. In the end, when there were only a few guests left, I told the valet drivers they could leave after the rest of the cars were brought back. They were one step ahead, all of the remaining cars were parked in front of the house and they had the keys ready to give to me.
