They come pick us up at our house. They are always on time and help with the luggage. On our return they communicate well with us to coordinate pickup location and make sure we don't have to wait too long. Pick up at the airport near the taxi line, thus that's a huge win over Uber/Lyft. Highly recommend them for a slightly pricier alternative to Uber/Lyft but with a significantly better and more reliable service than these apps.

I called around to probably 10 limo and car services and not only were most booked, but all but a few were quoting me $400+. I talked to Baha and they gave me a middle of the road quote, but said they'd be more than happy to negotiate pending the details of the trip. I put Baha on the "maybe" list and continued calling around. Before I even got around to making call backs, I got a friendly call back from Baha and they offered to match or beat anything else I found. I ended up getting a great price on round trip service in a 7 passenger SUV. The next day the driver did about 9 memorably awesome things (And yes, I tried to think of 1 more to get to an even 10, but really it was just 9): 1. He showed up 10 minutes early with a super clean black Navigator. 2. He asked us to hold onto our money until he finished the job and to only pay if we were happy with the trip. Not all salesy like either, it really felt like a genuine request. 3. He agreed to make a pit stop at a liquor store on the way out. 4. He played solid music all the way there. 5. He smiled and laughed off how obnoxious we were during the ride. 6. He was really flexible with our pickup time and wasn't even upset when he had to wait around while we wrangled 6 drunks back into the SUV. 7. He laughed off what I'm sure was an even more obnoxious ride home. 8. He agreed to drop us off at the bars instead of our pickup location. 9. And the kicker. He refused to take anything more than the amount we had originally agreed upon. He simply requested that I write him a stellar Yelp review. Done and done. We live in Cupertino, right on the border with Los Altos. We emailed David with our details, including that our mailing address was in Los Altos (we're really in Cupertino, our next door neighbor has a Cupertino mailing address). David immediately replied briefly and unhelpfully, "Los Altos is not covered by the coupon. But we can pick you up anyway at full cost + gratuity." We replied stating that we are in fact in Cupertino, and that we'd be willing to walk 30 seconds to a Cupertino address next door. We asked if this would be OK (we'd probably need to walk 30 seconds to the front of our apartment complex anyway) David again replied with nothing but a brief, unprofessional "sorry no". This should have been an easy sell and easy repeat business for SuperLimo as we fly from the SFO airport all the time. I could understand if David couldn't take the extra step to meet us at our Los Altos address, but there was no reason for him to refuse our business to the Cupertino address, especially after we had been polite and understanding.
