But after talking to my family who has purchased several products they told me to try another location. So I drove 15 miles in south Florida traffic to Dania beach location. I am so glad I did. I had the privilege of meeting Patrick O'Brien. He was awesome. Gave me everything I need. Was polite and nice. He kept a customer for lumber liquidators. Might I suggest he go to Coral Springs and train that guy on customer service. I cannot say enough good about Patrick. Great guy!! The sales rep guaranteed me a delivery date the minute I walked in the showroom. Of course, there was a delay due to a "computer problem," which then caused a delay in my construction schedule and cost me money. I asked that they waive the delivery fee and was told that wasn't possible b/c they use a third-party delivery service. So what? The store should have paid it. I had no choice but to pay the fee or my construction project would be further delayed and cost even more. When I contacted customer service, they basically told me that because I already paid the fee, they couldn't refund my money. On top of that, they charge sales tax on the delivery fee in violation of Florida law. A "delivery fee" is not merchandise that can be taxed. Stay far away from this fraudulent, unethical company. Floor and Decor is looking way better in hindsight.
