I have a White double desk set up in my work space that I've attached to one another to create one REALLY LONG desk which started showing signs of distress as it is white and the veneer on top was starting to come off in many spots. I do a lot of craft projects and I am not kind to the desk. I was looking to replace them but that was going to be REALLY EXPENSIVE so I decided to put a Beautiful White & Gold geometric patterned wall paper on the top of the desk. I put 1 piece across the whole thing and had the team at All American Glass make me a Glass table top that would go across the entire thing! They did an amazing job, got the work done in less time than I anticipated and we were able to pick it up to save on the delivery costs (this was not an option with other companies). The price was very affordable as well. Now my desk looks REALLY high end and I was able to put the same pattern on the doors of a storage cabinet which now looks like a set! They sent a couple of guys to install the windows and had to wait 10 months for the sliding door to come in from the manufacturer. However the guys they sent were very unprofessional. When the sliding door finally came, they sent two different guys to install it and they had no idea what they were doing. They took over 10 hours to install. The guys was reading instructions on what to do. They had to call a more experienced guy to come in and make adjustments. Then they damaged my vertical blinds and the owner didn't even offer to replace them. Instead he was suggesting how they should be installed when I replace them. Well after everything, and a year goes by, we had some wind and rain. I found water inside the door. I called them up and told Carlos the owner about it, and his 1st question was how long has it been? Because you only get 1 year. I told him its been 1 year and 1 month. He set an appointment with me to come look at why the water was coming in and never showed up and never even called me. There are lots of other companies that do this and dont send third party contractors that don't know what they are doing. My neighbor hired a different company and has two times the amount of windows my apartment has and that company came in with 4 guys and completed everything in a half of day. Not to mention the guys this company sent left a mess out in the hallway of the apartments. Carlos saw the mess and asked me if that was left there by his guys and i told him yes. He didn't even offer to clean it up or to send his guys back out to clean it up. Instead i had to go out there with a bucket of water and soap and a scrub broom to clean it all up. They are not worth the trouble and unprofessionalism no repair or replacement of damaged vertical blinds, no show on appointment when he was supposed to come look at why water is coming through the sliding door. The company that replaced my neighbors windows not only did everything in a half of day, they left everything clean and you would never know they were even there. Save yourself the hassle. I went through this bad experience and decided to post this review so that YOU don't have to go through it. I hope this helps in making a better decision that i made.

I came to the office with my broken glass and Val (Valentine) promptly cut the glass using the measurements that I had provided to him. When I tried it at home, I found out that my measurements are off on 1/16". I came back to the shop and Val cut a new glass. I offered to pay, but his wife Maria told me that I do not have to do it.
