They also advised us to go to her husband who handles the orthodontic side for X-rays. My son is autistic and was showing anxiety over the x-rays. This frustrated him and he proceeded to yell at my son. His techs apologized for his behavior. He later came back better composed. The last incident, they prescribed some work and said I'd only have to pay $X. It came back that the insurance company only paid half of what was expected which required me to pay more. His new dentist and my dentist, who teaches, said that frequency of visits is completely unnecessary.

No phone call. No courtesy. Nothing. Just canceled. After waiting months already, their next available appointment was again MONTHS away. Completely unacceptable when dealing with children's dental care. I canceled all future appointments immediately and will never return. The scheduling system and communication are beyond frustrating, and they clearly do not value patients' time or urgency. Avoid if you actually want reliable care for your child.
