I personally, think that is awesome. I had a basal cell carcinoma on my nose removed and the doctor was wonderful in explaining what was going to happen and what my options were and what I could expect from each one. The nurses I dealt with were Yani, Jeanine, and Shawn (not sure of the spelling on the last one) and they were wonderful, personable and professional. It gave a welcoming vibe from the start in my opinion. I read the menu they had at the counter to see what I wanted to do. I ended up choosing from the IV Cocktails section first and went with the Hydrate. This one was $99 and it was a hydration boost with normal saline. I was sure hoping it would leave me refreshed! I also chose from the Injectables section and went with Glutathione. This one was $30 and it was a good Antioxidant. Before I was able to start my IV, I had to have my vitals taken. I was impressed by that precaution. It was a smooth process to get me started and I was quickly taken in a cozy room to start my treatment. The chair was comfortable. I was given a warm blanket and a pillow! I was checked on frequently, so that was relieving. The drip took about an hour. I enjoyed it! After the drip, I was given the Glutathione. It was quick and it wasn't too painful. I think it was worth it. The customer service was excellent here. I felt comfortable and at ease during my visit. The professionalism was very evident! Stop reading and book your appointment with her. I had been curious for some time about getting Botox in my forehead and for those pesky crows feet but was too nervous to even get a consult. Needles?!? In my face!?! Let me tell you I wish I had gone sooner. Lisa P. is an absolute angel. She was upfront and honest about how many injections I really needed. I felt relaxed and at ease after she explained the whole process to me and what it would feel like. TMI coming up: I have birthed a child, gotten two tattoos, ran the Chicago Marathon and had a 2nd degree burn on my leg so the thresh hold of physical pain I have experienced is pretty broad :) If you are concerned about injections being painful, don't be. It does not hurt at all. Uncomfortable, yes a little; painful? Not in the least. Lisa has a calming presence about her so any nerves you may have will melt away once she enters the room. I cannot recommend her enough. My first injections were in May and they are holding up beautifully. Lisa was dead-on, balls accurate (it's an industry term) as to how much/little Botox I needed. My skin was insanely smooth and flawless. My mom could not believe how natural it looked; my sister confessed to "not listening to the last 25 seconds of what you said" because she was too fixated on how amazing my forehead looked!! :) Anyhow.
