Ancient breaker box) and a huge BLACK MOLD problem. No bathroom lights/Shower wasn't functional until a week after moving in and only because I found someone to fix it. Is some of this on the landlord? Most definitely, but just know that once you sign the lease & they get their fee, you are on your own. They do not care if they find you an unsafe place.
