Elegant, sophisticated, and filled with beautiful greenery and those iconic RH chandeliers, RH is the kind of place that makes you want to sit back, enjoy your wine, and take your time. We ordered a bottle of Spanish wine for the table, which was the perfect complement to our dinner. I had the Chinese Chicken Salad, while my husband ordered the Steak Frites. Both were delicious, but the absolute star of the table was the Butterscotch Crème Brûlée! It was incredible and easily one of the highlights of the entire meal. Between the beautiful setting, great food, wine, and overall experience, RH Rooftop is definitely a place we'll be returning to. Perfect for a date night, special occasion, or just when you want to treat yourself to something a little more upscale.

We decided to come to the restaurant at the last minute with no reservation, and initially, when we pulled into the valet there was a bit of confusion on whether or not we would be accommodated, but we were quickly able to make a reservation online and the staff in the restaurant were very kind and provided wonderful service. The restaurant is located at top floor above the furniture store, and as you can imagine it's beautifully decorated. The seats at the table were extremely comfortable and the staff were so attentive that before I noticed my drink was done, they already had a refill ready to replace it. Our server Bridgette was so sweet and gave great recommendations from their menu. The standouts for me were the grilled shrimp, Chilean Sea Bass, French fries and both desserts. However, everything we ordered was tasty and I would gladly come back and try more things on the menu (and reorder some things I had on this visit). I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a nice date night or dinner with some friends. Truly a lovely experience and I can't wait to come back!

The bartender was easy to talk to and gave a couple suggestions without making it feel like a sales pitch. Both dishes came out pretty quickly even though the place started filling up during happy hour. The bruschetta had a nice mix of sweet and savory, and the avocado toast was fresh without being overly dressed up. I liked the overall pace of the service since nobody rushed me to order more once I finished eating. It felt like a comfortable place to unwind for a bit instead of a loud crowded spot where you're trying to leave right away.

Service was also very slow, even when it wasn't busy. Everything took longer than expected and seemed disorganized. On top of that, the bartender was rude and unwelcoming. I was also charged for another person's drink without being asked or informed; which was unacceptable and felt careless. The staff seemed "blind" to how to properly run a restaurant. For the prices being charged, I expected much better food, service, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

It quickly became clear why the drinks receive high praise! They were indeed delightful and well crafted. However, my experience with the food left much to be desired. We ordered the Brussels sprouts, which were topped with a creamy sauce. Unfortunately, the dish did not meet expectations, falling short in flavor and presentation. I would rate them a mere two out of ten. Additionally, we tried the oysters, which were disappointingly bland. Even with various toppings, they lacked the fresh vibrant taste one hopes for when enjoying oysters. Regrettably, both dishes missed the mark for me so I decided not to order more food and go somewhere else. On a positive note, our server was exceptional friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which helped enhance our overall experience. The restaurant's ambiance was mature and inviting and its location is indeed impressive. Despite the high ratings and popularity, I found the food lacking, which makes me hesitant to return. While I appreciate the quality of the drinks and the warmth of the service, the culinary offerings did not live up to the hype considering the basic dishes I ordered. Go for drinks only!
