    She did a nice job but $17 to hem a pair of brand new mens pants is way to high. The prices here are high. Check before you commit.

    Took in a winter coat with a broken zipper for repair. The staff was very kind and repaired the coat quickly and effectively.

They sent it to another place to clean and it came back with all the old stains still there and many new oil like stains, which looks like some kind cleaner left on the coat. I asked them to redo the job but was told there was nothing they can do. They charged me $48, with no discount offered even under this situation. Looks like they have no control on their supplier. When accident happened, in stead of taking their responsibility, they simply passed the the loss to their client. Be aware you may not be able to hold them accountable in case of issues. On top of the bad job, they did not even have my consent to the price of $48. That down coat has a fur collar that is not removable. They said they could not clean furs and needed to send it to their partner. I was told that they would call me to let me know the cost before they send it out. However, they ended up started the cleaning without letting me know the cost. When I asked a couple of days later, they told me the price was like nothing so they let their partner " go ahead and do it.", still could not let me know the exact price. At last, I got a call for pick up. I went to the store and found out the coat came back terrible except the fur collar part. The furs were cleaned pretty good, but the rest of the coat had all the stains still there and even added new big oily areas. What?! You guys should let me know upfront if this is what the result would be. I may not waste my $48 on such a terrible cleaning job. I know small business sometimes lose control of their suppliers. In this kind of case, you guys need to take the loss, not your clients. I was treated unfairly and the entire process was unprofessionally.

    DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS…read more Here is what happened to me recently: July 25: 10:30 AM I go to Finest Fit cleaners to see if they can alter two jackets. The owner tells me to come back after 3 PM when she does alterations. Fair. July 26: 3:30 PM I return to Finest Fit the next day, she takes my measurements. The interaction is positive and she promises me I will have my items on August 9. Great...or so it seems. August 9, 4 PM I show up. The owner looks perplexed then tells me - it's not done yet. I look confused then realize she's not kidding. She hasn't done it yet. "Can you come back tomorrow?" "Um, no, I need this jacket for a trip that is tomorrow." Then she proceeds to give me attitude for not helping her find a solution... TO THE PROBLEM SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR. Hang on, I tell her. You've had TWO weeks to do this and you didn't. That's a you problem. She tells me to come back tomorrow. I tell her 8 AM. She says 10 AM. Fine. August 10, 10 AM I return as agreed, having had to upend my schedule to make her timeline work. First of all, there's no bell or alarm to indicate someone is there, so you have to shout into the ether to get someone's attention. She brings out the jacket and I move to try it on. "You don't have to try it on. It's perfect," she exclaims. "Well, if you rushed this, I need to make sure it fits, since your first attempt and getting it on time did not work." It fits, but upon later inspection it's shoddy sewing. Then she quotes the bill - $96 for the two jackets. Doesn't offer me a discount or any compensation for the fact that I had to upend my entire schedule because of her mistake. "It's like you don't really want me to be a repeat customer," I tell her. She then claims that she's understaffed and tries to elicit some sympathy but I don't really have much to give. She's not given me a real apology to this point nor attempted to show me she cares. When I try to get her to realize she's not leaving me in a great place, she scoffs and says, "Okay goodbye" and turns her back on me. I come home and one of the jackets is okay. The other is super poorly stitched, with threads hanging out, and the edge of the sleeve is uneven. --- I wish I had seen Lucas B's review from December 2020. She definitely pulled the same hostility on me for wanting to try my items on before I left. So my advice to you is simple: DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS.
