Our personal stylist, Casey, pulled a few items for us and we tried them on in the private room. I settled on this buttery soft house coat that can also be worn as a cardigan. Casey was warm, bubbly and provided us with water and champagne. She couldn't do enough to accommodate our little group! This place and more importantly these people made my heart so happy! As I was walking to lunch on Kings Street, I wandered into Two Cumberland to peruse the cute products. They have tons of cute clothes, including some stuff that looks to be geared toward college sororities. They also have gifts, jewelry, and homewares. As I grabbed a few items, someone led me to the dressing rooms. I, being a girl shopping alone, needed a second opinion on a dress. Luckily, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Also, other shoppers chimed in and helped make the sale lol. They cashed me out and wrapped my new impulse-purchase dress with tissue paper and a cute bag. It was truly a gift to myself! I'd definitely return next time I'm in town!

They never shipped out my order, and I paid extra for priority shipping as well. I placed my order…read more2 weeks ago, and the item I ordered was not a preorder or anything like that, it was an item in stock. I've emailed them more than once on this issue, originally just asking for an update on when my order would be shipped. I have received no response whatsoever, yet they post on their instagram dozens of times a day on their story. The email I have been contacting is the exact email that is associated with their confirmation emails when you place an order, it is not a no reply email. It even says in the confirmation email to contact it or reply with any questions. So either that's a lie and no one monitors the email, or they're flat out ignoring my concerns over my order that I paid for. Either way, I am extremely disappointed. Examples like these are what make it harder to support certain small businesses over major corporations.
