I wish I could give more than five stars because my wedding came out way better than I could ever imagine! We had our wedding back in April of this year on a Monday. First off, week day was at much more affordable rate, so if you are looking to have a bit more saving suggest you book on a weekday. Everybody was so accommodating and helpful! We walked around this first time to tour it and we knew it was where we wanted to get married. This process was so smooth and I never had to worry about anything while working with this venue. Absolutely beautiful venue for our wedding! So easy to work with and communication was seamless. I loved that they held open houses to display some of the vendors they've worked with (how we found our DJ/MC, David with HiFly Events, 5 stars) and they recommended our wedding coordinator (Ariel Edwards, 5 stars). They also provided detailed information on their pricing for different days or the discount they have if you book before a certain date. Our guests loved the venue and easy parking. They also provide chairs, cocktail tables, and beautiful farm style tables! I barely needed to do any florals because the place is already beautiful with their plants and lights. read more

Nothing like a room full of sweating bodies on a hot summer day in August to set the mood for a wedding. This place is cute and surprisingly large warehouse type structure and let me tell you.. the A/C didn't work!!!!!! In the middle of August at a 4pm wedding when temps were "high" in LA in the mid 80's it was absolutely miserable. Building has brick outside wood roof with no insulation. The AC was on but was non-existent. I feel so bad for my cousin who was the M.O.G. Makeup melting off all the girls faces. They had super cute fans for guests which was cute and totally necessary for 170 guests. The wedding was rustic and adorable but the AC issue was definitely the talk of the night. read more

Our wedding at Seventh Place was the most special, amazing, incredible day ever. From the beginning, they were extremely accommodating to all of our requests and we were able to have the wedding that we dreamed of. It was worth every single penny! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, they have an indoor and outdoor area, and we were able to host the ceremony outside and reception inside. Many of our guests mentioned how this was the best wedding that they've ever attended. It was truly perfect, and we are so grateful for Seventh Place and all of their staff. There is no parking but Venue is nice and spacious. It has an outdoor area that does have outdoor heaters for the night time and shade covers for the day time. Bathrooms were clean. read more

We LOVE Seventh Place! I would shout this from a rooftop if given the chance! From the moment we toured the venue, to when we coordinated to book, to walking through with our in-house coordinator, and finally to walking into our wedding... everyone was immaculate. The team's warmth and kindness lives in the walls of the space. Each word of communication was filled with support and flexibility and joy. I told everyone I could that our experience with Seventh Place was completely positive from start to finish. We had so many guests come up to us and tell us how "perfect" the venue was - open but cozy, industrial but warm, unique and comfortable! We beamed with pride. We held our wedding at Seventh/Place and had such a great experience! Ani and the team were wonderful to work with, and were very responsive even before we booked. We looked at about 15 venues, and ultimately chose Seventh/Place because they could accommodate a larger crowd (200-250) and gave us the flexibility of using your own food and liquor vendors at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is simple but romantic - brick walls, leafy patio, and string lights galore - and was exactly the vibe we were looking for. I would have given this venue 4 stars due to the additional cost for the rehearsal the night before and to store decor overnight, but we had such a good experience working with Ani that we couldn't give anything less than 5! She is one of the rare people in the wedding industry who truly cares about her clients - she went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed and was available for last minute questions and changes the week of the wedding. We held our wedding at Seventh/Place in July 2019. We had the most amazing experience and I couldn't be more grateful for this venue and staff. Ani was helpful for months and months before our event - extremely responsive, always willing to schedule a walk-through with different vendors, and very accommodating when issues arose. The venue itself is beautiful, I am still getting compliments on it a month later. Considering other wedding venues in LA, Seventh/Place is extremely affordable and flexible with vendor usage. We did an event at Seventh/Place in October and it was a great venue! The interior was immaculate and had a great feel for a wedding. The patio was awesome and had perfect lighting. Everything was clean and the ambiance and vibe were great. The guests came in very excited and they all seemed very happy when they left. This venue is absolutely beautiful but there is an alley full of trash right behind the building. It smells and attracts many homeless people. There's also a lot of flies and many other bugs due to the garbage being so close to venue. read more
