So the doctor is late every single month. She schedules appts for 10:30 but rarely arrives before…read morenoon. I go there for a psychiatrist, so at 1st it was extremely odd that I was required to do a urine test at every visit. She treats every patient like a drug addict. even though she only prescribes me wellbutrin. My old anxiety started coming back after I got a handle on my crippling depression, but she refuses to treat me for it because she assumes every patient is an addict. I go here because of location but I'm beginning to reconsider that. Also the office is TINY so while waiting for the dr for 2hrs you have to literally be on top of everyone else. We needed a letter recently confirming that he was a patient for immigration purposes. They tell me that they could only do the letter if we pay a balance from over a decade ago which was incurred due to their incorrect billing of his insurance. They wanted $1100+ immediate payment to write a letter! This is not a good place to go! My father regretted going there in 2012, 2016 and needless to say I can see why. The level of care is horrible! We were able to get a letter from one of his real doctors not this ghetto money hungry bootleg place. Shameful trying to extort $1100 from an 80 year old man on his deathbed to write a letter !!!! Shame on you Dr.Chouake!!!!
