I had an intro session with Hester 2 weeks ago, and I felt wonderful even after 20 minutes speaking with her. I immediately connected. I have had two sets of 3 sessions with Hester, once in 2022 and once this year (2024). I had sought out help for a debilitating nail and cuticle-biting problem. Hester's guidance and treatment made me understand and address the much deeper anxiety problems in my subconscious that I was not even aware of. The night after our first ever session, I had the deepest, best sleep I had had in a long time. I revisited her in 2024 because I had felt I had started to regress, but also did not have the anxiety I had felt before. Hester helped me discover that there were other, smaller internal sources outside of anxiety that contributed to manifestation into a physical habit for me and helped me learn and practice other, healthy coping mechanisms. Her patience, calm voice, and judgement-free zone allowed me to fully immerse and get the best experience possible. I also appreciated that the sessions were over Zoom so that I could take them from a comfortable, safe space at home (she would even encourage me to lie down, take the meetings from bed, or do whatever I needed to do to make myself most comfortable). I've been struggling hard for years to get past some major creative resistance & mental blocks around a particular big, long-term project - it all felt so paralyzingly emotionally loaded for me, but important enough to push past. Hester changed my life completely in JUST TWO SESSIONS!
