When I got to the office, I was in the waiting room waiting for my appt and several of the girls were whispering about a client that was there in an exam room. I could clearly here what they were saying and I thought it was very unprofessional and not kind, honestly. Once I was able to talk to someone, I was told that they no longer do the procedure that I was interested in and that they haven't done it in a very long time. Not cool. Anywho, I listened to their pitch about all the other products they sell and procedures they do and then it's time to meet the doctor. The doctor told me that my face could be offensive to people because I have a natural frown. She even went so far as to tell me that I could probably have better relationships with people if I let her fix my frown. Needless to say, I will not be going back nor will I be recommending this office to anyone. That office really needs to work on their delivery.

He has a wonderful disposition, explained things in easy to understand terms and even whipped out a notepad to write a couple of terms down in case we wanted to do more research on our own. He has a rare, warm, beside manner and I feel fortunate he is looking after mom. He currently works 2 days a week, so making an appointment can take some lead time. He has a patient portal, although it is limited in use. You can use it to communicate with him/his staff, but features such as updating current med list is not an option. You can email them with updates as a work around. Otherwise, at the beginning of the appointment there is a manual review and update by an assistant. Location in Chelmsford is easy to get to with plenty of parking.

Injector skill matters BUT Botox and other neurotoxins spread regardless of who the injector is.

I felt completely safe. My actual wait time was at best 10 minutes. I was called in by a friendly assistant and taken to the exam room. Within no more than 5 minutes my exam began. I saw Nelya Christiansen PA-C . She is an absolute delight. She introduced herself and went over any concerns I had. Obviously she could see all the flaws, etc but was completely non- judgemental and took the time to listen to me. There wasnt any condescending attitude from her and I felt like I was in great hands - completely comfortable I won't go into the diagnosis or treatment. But what she did today was painless... Let me state that again - PAINLESS and basically done so quickly, I didn't really have much time to think about it .. Over in no time. How cool is that! Leaving, she again reiterated what was discussed and treatment and gave me the decision on when to return - which I prefer. I will definitely refer people to her! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I understand providers are busy and fall behind scheduled appointment times but, in my opinion, 40 minutes to an hour past your appointment time for at least two consecutive visits is unacceptable.

I was welcomed warmly by everyone from the front desk staff, the nurse Sarah (who is also amazing!!) and by Dr. Eliopoulos, herself. I was completely comfortable. Dr. Eliopoulos spent more than an hour with me for my consultation and provided so much education about the procedure and what I could expect. I was very impressed that a physician would spend much time with a patient, especially for a consultation. Her nurturing approach to caring for her patients was just as impressive to me as her impeccable attention to the detail of her work. She understood what I wanted to achieve and helped me to set realistic expectations. On the day of surgery, she made sure I was completely comfortable. I was so excited and not in the least bit nervous as I knew I was in good hands! After the surgery she called my husband and came to check on me, which made me feel well cared for!
