He has a rare, warm, beside manner and I feel fortunate he is looking after mom. He currently works 2 days a week, so making an appointment can take some lead time. He has a patient portal, although it is limited in use. You can use it to communicate with him/his staff, but features such as updating current med list is not an option. You can email them with updates as a work around. Otherwise, at the beginning of the appointment there is a manual review and update by an assistant. Check in was brief, only one form to sign. I was seated for 10 minutes when a male medical assistant showed me to my room, updated the reason for visit on his laptop, then instructed me to remove everything except underwear, and he departed after closing a privacy curtain. 20 minutes later Dr Christie Williams and the male medical assistant arrived. I was surprised when the assistant stayed with no "this is Chris, he will be attending the exam, is that OK with you?" I felt a little awkward as I am female, but not so uncomfortable as to ask for a female attendant. Dr Williams is personable, friendly, answered all my questions and the full exam only took 6-7 minutes. At check out it was easy to book next year's appointment.
