Brendan Guilarte, my therapist, as well as several other staff professionals, have provided excellent guidance and coaching in exercise, stretching, and specific skills in regaining comfortable movement, strength and ease in activities of daily living. I was amazed how effective the remote sessions were. Steven C, my therapist, provided excellent guidance, was extremely knowledgeable & the methods were very organized & professional. Plus he has a genuine concern for the patient. I would highly recommend this therapy center & commend them for developing remote sessions for people unable to have in-person therapy. Five stars are not enough!

Extremely disappointing experience…read more I waited over two hours to be seen on multiple occasions despite having a scheduled appointment. What made the situation even more frustrating was being told repeatedly that I was "next" to be seen, only to watch other patients who arrived after me and had later appointment times get called back first. When I asked about it, the explanations I received from the staff were inconsistent and didn't match what I had personally observed. Rather than acknowledging the excessive wait time and poor communication, I felt like I was being given excuses. The doctor's explanation only added to my frustration and did not address the actual issue. In fact, he took an incredibly rude attitude toward me when I inquired politely about it. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but waiting over two hours more than once is unacceptable. After speaking with others in the waiting room, it was clear that I was not the only one with this experience. Patients deserve honest communication and respect for their time. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

The surgery was quick and easy (for me, at least!) and the recovery also very easy. I was back to work in less than 3 weeks and am fully functional. Thank God I listened to my body and went to another orthopedic which saw on their own xrays I have a fractured wrist and did proper treatment with cast . I then called active to complain about how upset I was and spoke with dr gross which tried to cover up mistake by trying to fast talk me and would not even reimburse me my money .
