On the follow up visit , I attended her visit. I was shocked to see how the audiologist dismissed my daughter's concerns and told her past tests were normal, and they had nothing else to offer. If hearing is not a physical issue with the ear, then there can be another issue. CENTA (the Center for EAR, Nose, Thoart and Allergies) is supposed to be a certified physician, but no doctor ever looked at my daughter's case and dismissed us. When I pushed the issue, the audiologist told us that we needed to see a Neurologist and would send us a referral. They never followed thru. So disappointed in the care or lack of care we received.

His first step was tell me that I needed a feeding tube and although I would have never considered it but he scared the witts out of me and we set the appointment for the feeding tube to be placed. The next appointment I was told how insane I was to attempt natural healing for such a thing as cancer. He told me that if I did not do EXACTLY as HE said that I would be dead within 6 months. He never sat down with me and explained if he did surgery how much of my tongue he would take. I never received copies of any of the reports and/or visits. He continually berated me and said that if I had never had a good vacation that I should spend my money and take a nice vacation before I died instead of wasting it on natural things. I explained to him that if I submitted to his surgery, at only 100 lbs and that I did chemo and radiation at this weight that his curse would come true and I would be dead within 6 months. I explained to him that God did not die place him on the throne, that he had no control over my demise. That I would live, I am still here over 1 1/2 years later. I still have a tumor, it has not metastasized at this point. I had no plans to return to his office and then received a letter stating that he was firing me as a patient. AS IF HE was GOD once again. I explained many times that it was my body and my choice. THIS IS WHY I despise most medical doctors...they believe they know it all and no one else has a brain. Be careful folks, they will kill you if you allow it. I am still on my journey and I call the shots, not some Doctor that thinks he is GOD and talks down to people, telling them they will be dead in 6 months if they do not do what he says. I HAVE BEEN BEGGING FOR MY MEDICAL RECORDS FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND THEM TO ME. I am looking into what can be done to them for denying me access to my own records. I had the records faxed to another facility and the font is about a size 3-5 and no one can read them. I would not take my dogs to this facility.

Upon arrival, I again ask about Medicare and having to pay for the visit, again I was told I would not be billed. 15 days later, I get a bill for $120 for my part of the visit. I called the billing and explained it to them. I was told I owed $120. I paid the $120 for a hearing test they talked me into, and I could have gotten free most places, and for the ear exam. Since I maintain a 820 credit score, I did not want to take a chance on having a blemish from these clowns on my file. This place is a joke in my opinion, be certain before you go you know what's up here! I'll never be back and cancelled my next appointment they automatically set up.

Once I arrived - I gave the front desk my paperwork and insurance info and was told to sit while they reviewed things. My appointment time came and went although 3 patients went back. After waiting 20 minutes past my time and zero communication, I went to ask what the delay was. The woman said her audiologist was running behind. No communication as to when I was going to get to see the doctor. I would have loved to stay - but what level of quality do you get after the doctor is behind and you need a consult as to how you will doeal with tinnitus and hearing loss? Not a quality situation for a place that expects payments upfront.

Dr. Fritsch saved our daughters life back in 1987. She had swallowed a dime size piece of…read moreplexiglass as she was crawling on our floor. We had just had a range delivered and this was a shipping bumper. We tried to stop her but she swallowed it so quickly that it was impossible. She actually choked and lost her air because it closed off her airway. It landed horizontal in her esophagus. I did the clean sweep and all other life saving measures. Nothing was working so I stuck my finger down her throat and pushed on the plexiglass. This opened her airway as it turned the plexiglass vertical. We took her to the er and was told we were over worried 1st time parents. Needless to say within 36 hours she was close to death as this object bore a hole in her esophagus. The ent was called in after a day of testing and us explaining what we thought it was. Nobody really believed that's what it could be. We were told she most likely passed the object. But sadly not. Anyways Dr Fritsch saved her life 100%.

Judy who took molds of our ears for custom earplugs was easy to speak with and courteous. She was very knowledgable too. The price for custom made earplugs is well worth keeping good auditory health later on. Concerts are fun to go to; but they are just too loud. This way, we can enjoy the music and not go deaf when we are older.
