I feel like this could very much be a situation where you don't know what you don't know, so it's weird to put the burden on the customer to ask, especially when the "education" is supposed to be included in the price. I booked a laser resurfacing treatment for sunspots, which their website says should use the 532 nm setting and cause the spots to darken and flake off. Instead, the technician used the 1064 nm setting meant for acne and toning -- and there were zero results. I followed their aftercare, waited the full two weeks, and reached out multiple times as instructed. The office manager initially said she would "work together to make things right," but after six weeks of delays and follow-ups, they refused a complimentary session and only offered a paid discount. Groupon also declined to help. Overall, poor transparency and misleading advertising -- I would not recommend this business.
