We have contacted them multiple times and we're told a rep would come look at them for the brand and nothing. This has been ongoing for months and we are about to have to replace all of them so we won't buy from them this time. My old house had Ikea laminate that was better and lasted longer. Just a shame to spend money on floors that didn't last even a year and to have no help from where we bought them. Expensive lesson learned, we will go elsewhere.
