When I asked him questions about the process, he didn't make me feel dumb; he explained it in a very easy-to-understand way and definitely helped me understand the roofing process a lot better. Though I don't have any leaks, I was concerned about El Niño pending and the fact that my roof was over 25 years old. Creative sent Salvador out to do the free assessment. After inspecting my roof he said that the previous company that had done the roof had done an excellent job with excellent materials. He thought it had 3-5 more years of life. He offered to do some general maintenance and repairs plus clean the gutters for $300. No other company mentioned an alternative. Within a day Jon, the owner of Creative Roofing sent me two bids; one for replacement and one for the repairs. He also included a link to the asphalt tiles they use, which was helpful.
