Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them. I specifically asked them to check everything and replace the belts. After waiting two weeks, I picked it up, but within the first week of use, the belt popped again. I brought it back, and they kept it for another week and a half, claiming they replaced multiple parts. Yet again, after only a week of use, the belt failed. I returned it a third time and was told it would be ready in three days. When I called, they said the mechanic hadn't even shown up or looked at the mower. At that point, I took it to my regular dealer. They informed me that none of the parts had actually been replaced and that the components on the mower were still used/old parts -- which explains the repeated issues. This was a complete waste of time and money. The work was not done properly, communication was poor, and I cannot trust the service provided. I do not recommend this company and will not be returning.
