I had replaced a lot of parts on it, they were needed anyway. It had been setting for about two seasons due to health. I had it running and then all of the sudden it started dying out. Tony came to the house, rebuilt the carburetor, and several other things to get it running. He was very good at diagnosing the problems and fixing them. He arrived on time and went to work immediately by removing all of the old gasoline and repaired the carburetor by a detailed cleaning. After expert reassembly and refueling he started the generator easily and I was able to test it by running for a couple of hours. The recall was to replace an incorrect bolt and washer. I took it to Reeves. I didn't hear from them for a month and they don't call back when you leave messages. i went up to the shop after one month and he said they just got the bolt and washer from DR and he would have my machine ready in a week. One month later I went back up to his shop to check the status of my machine and he walked me outside and pointed out my unit. They had literally broken the composite trailer bed into three pieces. this machine was only 6 months old when I took in into his shop. I asked him what happened to my trailer bed and his response was.." it was that way when you brought it in" Of course I was then about to have an out of body experience with Reeves. I assured him that it was practically new when I brought in in two months early and he was only supposed to change one bolt and washer. He told me that I could take my machine and leave. I left without the machine and called DR. They told me to go pick up my machine and take it to Ellis Equipment to get the recall worked and the trailer bed replaced, which I did. The trailer bed was 600.00 dollars. Fortunately DR paid for it all. Do NOT use Reeves if you care about your equipment. Dishonest
