After reading reviews, I knew my decision wasn't really about the price--I was planning to hire Top Tech anyway. What disappointed me was that the estimate appointment had to be canceled that day, and I was even more frustrated by the interaction with the lady on the phone. As a business owner myself, I believe in taking care of customers and honoring commitments. If I have to do the job myself, I do it--I don't cancel on clients who are depending on me. The phone conversation felt rushed, and it seemed like she was trying to get me off the phone as quickly as possible, which I found annoying. However, Zach came out later that same day for the estimate, and he completely changed my impression. He was professional, honest, hardworking, and got straight to the point. It was 92 degrees outside, and I genuinely felt for the guy working in that heat. He provided a fair estimate, scheduled the work for the next day at 1 PM, and then actually arrived two hours early. The quality of the work was outstanding--top-notch service. My brother is an electrical engineer, so I have a decent understanding of electrical work, but he lives far away. I still have a lot more projects to complete around my house, and I will definitely be calling Top Tech again. When I do, I'll be requesting Zach specifically. Highly recommended.

He then had me initiate a defragmentation on my hard drive. This was smart since it took about four hours. After completion I texted him and he had me bring my computer right over. He replaced the hard drive, cloned my other hard drive to that new one, and then evaluated to make sure all was working well. Less than three hours later I had my computer back. John was pleasant, professional, and efficient. His charges were extremely reasonable. I am very pleased. I highly recommend him. We knew we were coming up on a replacement of the entire door as well (bent aluminum panels). The options that Jovanni walked us through were very satisfying for approaches to resolve the decaying old setup. We went through options and decisions; got great advice and tips; Jovanni totally knows his trade: doors, motors, framework, electronics of the existing home wiring; and, found the original manufacturer dates of our old bits of "Frankenstein door". :) Monday (today) was work day: amazing in total. Work, then he discovered the original wiring we could use so the old floppy external wiring could be cleaned up. Set up and walk through the unit. WOW! I am actually excited for my new garage opener.
