We called and set up the appointment with Cathy (who always seems to be in a good mood) and she could not have been more helpful. They sent out Michael who arrived right on time and took his time to explain exactly what he was going to do. Michael was great. He ran into a small problem with one of our thermostats and called in Matt who helped fix the problem. They did not charge extra for the additional time they spent fixing the thermostat. We like using Custom Air Conditioning because it is a family run operation and they take pride in the work they do.

We have an older home and finding a technician who has knowledge and experience with both kinds of systems at a good price can be hard, but Legacy came through. When I called insurance to find the next step, I was told they have to send it to another company, for some reason. It came to a head at the end of September, and they finally agreed to just pay a base fee for coverage based on the plan. Prior to this, NO MENTION of a cap payout prior! They provided a quote and phone number to do the job from one of the plumbers who came out. It was an LLC. When I searched the phone number, it was linked to a plumber and a driving school! Needless to say, did not go with them. Now, the reason we are here... along came Peace of Mind plumbing. Mike arrived as promised, quoted the job, and provided a date to install, no fuss, no muss. The installation date came, and it was magic. From the delivery of a new boiler, the breakdown, the tow-away of the old unit, and the installation, everything was flawless and clean.
