Made inquiry on Yelp for carpet steam cleaning, and this company contacted us almost immediately and were able to schedule a cleaner within a day or two. Cleaner called an hour before arrival, reviewed the site and discussed the price. Initial steam cleaning for the living room/dining room and hallway was one price. Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return. Midweek they called with a definite return trip. Cleaner re-cleaned the area. Very satisfied with the results! Saved us a lot of time!

After dealing with kitchen damage, I realized the actual repair part was only half the battle. The…read moreinsurance side of everything was honestly more overwhelming than the damage itself. Every phone call felt like I was speaking a different language and I had no idea what was actually covered versus what I was being told. Finding NYTDR completely changed that experience for me. What I appreciated most was that they approached the situation like people who actually understand how stressful it is to have your home disrupted, not just like another construction job. They caught things in the kitchen that I would've never thought to document for the claim and explained the process in a way that actually made sense. There were multiple moments where I probably would've accepted less from insurance if they hadn't stepped in. The kitchen now looks better than it did before the damage happened, but honestly the biggest value was having people who knew how to navigate both the restoration side and the insurance side at the same time. That combination is rare. Most companies either know construction or know claims. NYTDR seemed to understand both equally well, which made the entire process way smoother than I expected.

Prime Mold Removal did an outstanding job fixing my basement…read more Mold was removed from the walls of the basement, replaced insulation, drywall and painted. Then they installed vinyl floor planks over the existing floor. Mike and Shimon were very professional, reliable and committed to doing the job right. They were transparent about costs, clearly explaining the work with detailed invoices outlining the work and associated fees. They arrived on time and maintained a clean and organized workspace. They provided ongoing progress of the job with text messages and photos. Work was done meticulously and efficiently and with care. Shimon was especially conscientious and attentive to detail. Any minor changes, questions or concerns were addressed, adjustments thoroughly resolved. The craftsmanship was evident in the quality of the finished result: the insulation, new walls, painting and the vinyl floor planks they installed looked as if they were always there. Their work helped transform the appearance of the dingy dank basement and now, a light, clean open space. It resembles a model showroom! I 'm extremely grateful to Mike and Shimon for their expertise, honesty, attention to detail and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Prime Mold Removal-they are outstanding and make the entire process smooth and the physical results beautiful. Thank you Mike and Shimon! I found this company which has great ratings and reviews, yet I was still a bit skeptical from previous experiences with different companies. However, I decided to give it a try and I truly think it was the smartest decision I made in a while!!! Not only that they were super professional, but they were also very patient and friendly and knew how to deal with my crazy frustrated attitude which really surprised me. They literally guided me step by step, whats happening and how to deal with everything in the mean time. They sent a very knowledgeable technician in no time and he knew right away what needs to be done. It's crazy to say that not only that everything is fixed it even looks cleaner and better than before. I'm usually a critic but I think for the first time there's nothing bad I can say about the service I was provided. They really made me feel like the whole company from the person who answered to the technician who came to my house was built and personalized to me and my situation. Although, this kind of service and feeling is priceless, and I would gladly pay whatever they would ask for, yet they were still very fairly priced, and I would strongly recommend them to everyone that should need this kind of service, and will call them again if needed with no hesitation!!!

Since the home is only two years old, I didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with the repairs. After looking into several options, we contacted a company called 1800 Water Damage. We wanted the work done quickly before any mold could develop. Even though it was a Sunday, which I thought might make things difficult, the owner, Eddie, came out right away. After meeting him, I decided to move forward with their company. They immediately began a full drying process in all the affected areas. After three days, they confirmed everything was completely dry through testing and then proceeded with the repairs. The entire process was completed much faster than I expected. Thanks to Eddie, everything was handled professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate the quality of work and service I received. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with something like this again, but if I ever do, I will definitely reach out to 1800 Water Damage and ask for Eddie owner. Highly recommended.

Kevin from Radford Restoration was such a blessing!…read more After water leaked through the roof of my condo, my upstairs ceiling was a mess. Being part of an HOA, I was told the inside repairs would be my problem. I had no idea where to turn, or how to start this process, so I reached out to my local FB page. Kevin was one of the first to offer to help, providing his website and even DMing me immediately. I got a flood of comments but chose to give Kevin a call first. This was the best decision I could have made. Kevin was extremely forthcoming, friendly and unbelievable helpful. He took the time to talk with me and even offered to go to my condo asap to look at the damage. He went over the same day and called me immediately with his thoughts and advice. I never felt pressured to work with him or that he was rushing me to make a decision. In fact, it was just the opposite. He told me I could call him anytime and ask him any questions I had even if I don't use him. Spoiler alert, I totally used him. A no brainer! From start to finish, Kevin came through for me. He showed up on time, his crew was respectful of my property, he communicated every step of the way, took photos, and even went above at beyond by being the middle man for me with my adjustor and insurance company. I was super stressed at the beginning of this journey but Kevin took all of that off my hands. Kevin and his crew completed all the needed repairs in the upstairs loft and bathroom areas that were affected and were in and out in 3 days tops. They left the house immaculate, took every precaution, and made this whole process a breeze. I can not recommend Kevin enough and will sing his praises to anyone who will listen. Bottom line: Kevin is my go-to guy now and he should be yours too.
