They cleaned the swer line, pumped the water and vacuumed, they were friendly and professional but in my opinion a bit expensive $450 total for the work. I understand when the is a demand for a service that you should expect a cost but that was a lot for the landlord and I but they did get the job done.

I am SOOOO HAPPY that Vinnie at Waterline was recommended to us! We have had an ongoing problem…read morewith our hot water heater that NO ONE has ever been able to figure out! Believe me when I say we have had a lot of others come through to take a look, who then just wanted to sell us a new water heater. Vinnie was so careful and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue, and it paid off BIG TIME for us-It is just AMAZING to finally have this figured out! Not only for our peace of mind and our hot water but, of course, Vinnie saved us a lot of money. I can't recommend his service enough! He was responsive from the moment we called, spending considerable time with us on the phone about our dilemma, and then he made plans to come take a look immediately. Forever grateful and we will be using this plumber for everything, from here on in! Huge thanks to Vinnie, and to our pal, John V., for telling us about this guy!!!

These guys were life savers and fully replaced my old broken toilet plumbing on a moment's notice…read moreon July 1 when everyone else was closed or unresponsive. They were exceptionally professional and did the entire job, which included replacing the wax sealant under the toilet, in about 3 hours. They worked well with my building super as well. They charged very reasonably for the level of quality, responsiveness and professionalism I got so I wish them all the best.

Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

We called this company to come take a look at a leak we had coming from our bathtub into the…read morekitchen ceiling. They sent someone the next day, and they said absolutely nothing about a service charge or any kind of charge for coming out to look at the leak. The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

From Plumber to Rock Star!!!…read more Keith, the owner of K. Hoeler plumbing, has traded his humble roots to become an impresario Rock Star ... (guess at whose expense?). Keith has done jobs for me for at least 15 years and "lickety split" has now become a "when i get around to it" plumber and worse. No phone call - no nothing! His services, like his fame, have climbed to a lofty price ... DIG DEEP!!!! I am disappointed and regretful, but this feedback is merited and too high a rating already. I called / emailed / txt to get him to look at a small job. NADA - NO WORD - NOTHING! NICE TREATMENT TO GET AFTER ALL THESE YEARS! BUT ... dumb of me ... Rock Stars charging $125 / hr. do not need tidbits anymore. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ... IF YOU WANT TO PAY EXHORBITANT PRICES AT THE PLUMBER'S WHIM ... then do call and talk to Keith!!! HE WILL GRANT YOUR WISH TO BE HOSED (no pun). If you want better customer service and a better job overall ... SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE GRIEF OF ROCK STARDOM AND PASS ON K.HOELER. ps: called a local plumber who came asap and did the small job at easily half the K. Hoeler price. ....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
