I called another company in October as again, the furnace would not start. The second service man said that it failed a carbon monoxide test and no one could work on it. Neither carbon monoxide nor condemned was mentioned on the receipt from Staley - it cost me about $160 for the staley service call I paid for two different service calls. also staleys was to send a employee out to give me an estimate for a new furnace in case i needed one. the serviceman thought the plug allowing gas into the furnace might be stuck. . they never did. the new company came on wednesday, gave me an estimate and the new furnace and ac were installed on Monday. i am most unhappy with the insufficient information provided by Staleys. They lost two customers. after all these years.

This review found its staff especially Joe extremely friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly, honest! In dealing with Joe very recently, I was recommended, because the company is known for its honest and sincere approach in trying to help its clients in making better decisions concerning buying a new furnace, water heater, air conditioner, or simply with the guidance from a professional like Joe, not trying to sell expensive new equipment; but rather, utilizing the existing installation and working under a extremely workable yearly contact. The company also has an excellent club which its members have fantastic discounts on equipment, installation costs; 20%. Joe brings over 20 years professional experience in the installation of furnaces, fireplaces, air conditioners. It was a true learning experience of what I did not need concerning the furnace and water heater. I had dealt with a another company for over 15 years, which has been sold to a large conglobate, and the prices have doubted and the workers are encouraged to "sell" new furnaces, water heaters, and other equipment, which is not needed! The office staff is extremely friendly and helpful and knowledgeable which makes selecting Adkisson Air 1 Heating and Cooling a pleasurable experience especially for most people who know nothing about furnaces, water heaters, and other home equipment. The service quality is excellent and the value for the dollar is superb especially in becoming a member of their yearly service club.
