Kyle responded promptly to my call and had me bring in my laptop for diagnostics. My operating system software was out of date so he basically did a tune up and got my system running perfectly. He also recommended that I use an external Bluetooth speaker since the internal speaker was basically non-functional. The follow day Kyle remoted into my desktop computer and basically did the same thing by giving it a tune up. Both computers work great now and I do not have any issues. The two (2) main things that make Kyle stand out is his customer service and his knowledge about computers. Kyle is an excellent communicator and he really knows his stuff. Unfortunately I had to leave Genius Bar with the announcement that my MacBook Pro is "beyond repair." Unconvinced, I tried my luck on another store from online search and found The Device Lab, and Austin fixed it! Well, an old computer is an old computer and there is no need for much fuss or excitement about this triviality. But Austin left me with another impression: his sincerity and ability to do what he sets out to do, which is to repair. What can be cooler than a man who delivers his promise by doing what he likes and is good at?
